Phenom for engaging with active and passive candidates

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to easily set up engagement and nurture campaigns to active and passive talent. It can be used to re-engage previous applicants, keep candidates warm as hiring teams make changes to the job, or whatever situation calls for nurturing talent and keeping them engaged in the hiring process.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can take a while to fully grasp all of the functions within Phenom. It definitely took me a few months to fully understand the different between projects, lists, and spotlights; and why you would use one over the other.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One stop shop for candidate engagement. That is the main use that I get out of Phenom. Others within our team also uses Phenom for talent intelligence, tracking different metrics, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Phenom has all tools that optimize the recruitment process and enhance the candidate experience with the human touch.

Technical problems that don't solve quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Phenom is working pretty well for my sourcing activities and it has been beneficial to engage past applicants and make connections with them for future opportunities.

What do you like best about the product?
Phenom is easy to use and intuitive platform, which will help you create a professional site. The support and learning platform are the great addition for the process!
What do you dislike about the product?
Somtimes I'm missing some minor usabilities, or I'd like to have more posibility of editing existing widgets (for ex. hover effects) but support team is always taking in mind the sugestions and work for improving the experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Phenom Intelligent Talent Experience Platform is a groundbreaking tool. It's great for targeting, personalization and helpful for creating an user centered experience.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been pleasantly surprised at how quickly Phenom got my team set up with complete learning modules about the services that Phenom offers. As a leader of my group, it's so important that I also become an SME in the new platforms that our organization utilizes. While I'm just scratching the surface of my learning journey, Phenom Explorer has been a great experience, very user-friendly, and has a lot of knowledge that will bring value to my team!
What do you dislike about the product?
In some cases, I don't think all of the necessary information is covered in the modules needed to test competency on the certification exams. Still, I wouldn't say that was too much of an impact on the experience within the tool itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are looking to enhance the recruitment experience within the CRM. The automation will create efficiencies, but also improve both the candidate experience but also the user experience of our sourcing team.

What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like the most about Phenom is being able to manage multiple career website in one. It also does a good job of being able to manage candidates and workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that isn't helpful with Phenom. It has been very beneficial to my company and recruiter making It easier to contact potential candidates for jobs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with being able to post to multiple job boards from one place. It also helps with managing candidates and tracking notes for candidates in regard to jobs

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about the platform is its ability to personalize the candidate experience, from job recommendations to communication and engagement. I also like that the platform's user-friendly interface and customizable workflows make it easy to use and adapt to the unique needs of any organization.

The platform can be complex to set up and configure, requiring significant time and resources. I also believe the reporting and analytics capabilities could be more robust and customizable.

Reducing time-to-hire, improving candidate engagement and experience, and increasing the quality of hires. This not only saves time and resources but also helps create a positive candidate experience, which can improve an organization's employer brand and reputation.

What do you like best about the product?
It is obvious that a lot of thought went into creating and building out this platform. The automation and ease of use for recruiters can significantly reduce time spent on repetitive and menial tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The most challenging part of Phenom that I've seen so far is the view of seeing all activity, including emails, notes, interviews, etc. in one place - Recruiters need to dig through lots of data to get the full understanding of a candidate's interactions over a specific timeline.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We often spend a great deal of time screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and looking through resumes. Phenom helps to streamline our review of candidates so we can quickly identify the candidates with the experience we are seeking. Furthermore, the screening templates and AI intelligent interviewing capabilities make these tasks much simpler for recruiters and coordinators alike.
