The emailing is a great feature also the lead gens

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Phenom Applied AI automations help reduce the time that recruiters have to do the same tasks repeatedly, like emailing candidates and tagging them with certain statuses. I also appreciate that implementation was easy, and the team was great to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some integration issues with Workday ATS
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Phenom Applied AI reduces recruiter tasks, enhances candidate communication, and monitors pipeline activity. Its automation reduces repetitive tasks like emailing and tagging candidates.
Streamlined Candidate Selection, Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like using Phenom Applied AI for FitScore and AI Discovery because it really helps us find the right fit for candidates and determines which candidates we should review first when we have a large applicant pool. It's particularly useful for sorting who might not be a fit and who could be the best fit. I use AI Discovery the most and appreciate seeing candidates in our CRM who could be a fit, as well as candidates who are not in our CRM. The initial setup was automatically added to our account since we've been a customer for some time, which made it very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the actual matching could be a little bit better. We have to go in and update the job description for the matching criteria. For the AI, but we still will sometimes get people who aren't the best match.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Phenom Applied AI helps us find the right candidates, prioritizing them for review, especially with a large applicant pool. It simplifies identifying best fits and non-fits.

I like the AI interview scheduling offered by Phenom Applied AI, and the new career site for our company. These features help bring us more applicant flow externally.

I use Phenom Applied AI for tracking applicant flow internally and externally. It helps with AI interview scheduling and enhances our company’s career site, bringing us more external applicant flow.
Great Employer Brand Content, But Needs More Sessions

Employer branding sessions and recruitment marketing sessions.

I would’ve liked more employer brand sessions

Intuitive Design Streamlines Candidate Sorting
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Phenom Applied AI is very intuitive. I think the interface is pretty straightforward and well done, so I don't have to go through a lot of clicks and searches to find the matches. The percentages are right there. I also like that it's color-coded, which makes it a lot easier to see who to contact at a quick glance, like noticing a green checkbox for candidates. It's a part of our natural lives, like red lights and green lights, where green means go.

Phenom Applied AI makes it a lot easier to sort through plenty of applications for entry-level positions, especially in manufacturing. It helps me ensure top matches are prioritized for candidate review.

I like that Phenom Applied AI helps with efficiency in onboarding and improving workflows. I also appreciate the ease of use.

I dislike the implementation of the AI and the rate at which it learns. Initially, setting up Phenom Applied AI was easy, but now we're having implementation problems.

I use Phenom Applied AI to increase speed and efficiency. I appreciate that it helps us maintain equity and creates touchpoints with candidates we might not have connected with otherwise. What I like most is the ever-changing innovation that allows us to be nimble and react to the ever-changing healthcare market.

We are in the early stages and are still needing to teach the AI. It took some time and we are still making improvements.
