Technology concept is great, it should be evaluated for fit within a company.

Clean user interface, simple but powerful

The integration with our other platforms has not been as great as the product was sales setting. Demo should be more realistic to actual use environments

What do you like best about the product?
I like that we have a dedicated platform to handle our candidates. We have a dedicated career site that is easy to navigate, and a lot of enhancements that make the application process easier than it's ever been.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of things that require managed service requests, which also take awhile to turn around and get implemented. I wish there could be "yearly implementation" modes where we could just update items across the board at once instead of costs here and there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to reach out to candidates fast, efficiently, and keep the process moving. Also being able to see insight into the candidates and what has been done along their journey, and who they have done them with.

Awesome CRM and talent capabilities. Able to scale globally and engage active talent!

CMS needs improvements. So many tickets I need to submit in order to make enhancements.

Able to tell a better candidate story and recruiter experience. Elevate the candidate journey and engage new talent unfamiliar with our brand
Phenom is a wonderful platform for TA teams who want a one stop shop.
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and functionality, the knowledge base, continued product enhancements and customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are areas of improvement when it comes to customizations on the CMS, adding in spell checker on the CRM and CMS, and unlocking the ability to see codes and make code changes on the CMS for advanced users.

Lack or organization, not on time with the start . Very crowed spaces not enough chairs other than that it has been a great experience thank you for the opportunity
