Effective at a productive price
What do you like best about the product?
Phenom has provided an ideal platform for connecting our organization with optimal leads and increasing the space we can effect career wise. This platform is a staple in the recipe for success
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few bugs in the video assessment but tech support was able to assist in effective time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to tell a compelling talent story in our organization rooted with facts.

What do you like best about the product?
Knowing all the tools that would save so much time and make my day much more efficient!

This was more focused towards corporate recruiting, I needed a bit more information regarding the early careers programs!

For the moment, we are still learning the full utilizations of the product

So much to learn, it is a big system. Team is very helpful with this.

User friendly system
What do you like best about the product?
The trainings provided are really useful and give you the knowledge you need to use the system. Their support team is also usually pretty quick to respond with any concerns.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can crash or have errors in not being able to send interview scheduler and at times the chat bot goes down

It is helping us to gain new leads that we were not getting with prior crms
Phenom is the future
What do you like best about the product?
The platform integrates new technology. While some companies are shying away from the new softwares being presented in 2023, Phenom is adopting it.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, the software is still new and there may be some growing that they need to focus on.

Creating automation in the hiring process. It brings a new fresh feel to the 21st century.
Great User Experience and Self Service Platform
What do you like best about the product?
For me as a Talebt Brand leader, having complete control over our careers site and CRM is huge! I love the self-service model and the ease of use from the end user perspective.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest pain point for us is that it doesn't seamlessly integrate with all ATs systems. Because of this we are unable to utilize the hosted apply functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows candidates to find and search jobs however they are comfortable. They can chat with the chat or if they need help or upload their resume if they aren't sure of the best fit, and also search the traditional way while also serving up a personalized experience.

It can be slow and glitchy. Also hope for more integration with Workday.
