Good CMS, room to growth like anything

What do you like best about the product?
I do a lot of work on our CMS creating content and telling our company story. I do love how easy the widgets are to use. Feel like I can make content pages quick and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I feel as the CMS is limited. When I compare other companies using Phenom to create their career site, many sites look similar, wish the widgets were a little more customizable to make each site different from the next.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of creating webpages and capturting passive leads. I like the blog featute to tell longer form stories and the video capture tool to explain job descriptions in a creative way.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how user friendly it is and how innovative it is keeping up with current updates
What do you dislike about the product?
Although it is user friendly, it can get a bit confusing to navigate at times

It is making it easier to identify candidates with specific backgrounds as opposed to finding them on other platforms

What do you like best about the product?

Lack of thorough and accurate reporting.

Massive outreach and promotion of events and jobs. And for sourcing and capturing screened talent at all stages.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use, ability to bulk message candidates, events, and candidate polling. Love the ability to tag and filter through many candidates in very little time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There does not seem to be an offer module so the experience is cut a bit short. Additionally, I continue to have log in and connectivity issues when using the mobile app for events. This is a major concern for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform is solving our issues of storing candidate information, reaching out to many candidates quickly, and hosting a go to platform for events. The one stop shop has been helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful is the ability to mass campaign and source candidates from the database- it's easy to use and navigate for the recruiters. Competitors don't have the same functionality or it's not as user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful feature is the lack of texting capabilities. I wish we could text candidates from the platform as many of our candidates only use there mobile device to communicate with recruiters.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Phenom allows for the ability to run mass campaigns and build talent pools for large hiring initiatives. It allows for proactive sourcing so that we can meet hiring deadlines.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy this platform is to review. If you stay on the main page of your requisition so can easily view profile and resumes, mass disposition and then mass email! It makes my day to day much easier!
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not sure if this is something my company just has not turned on but I wish I could text candidates through the tool as well as email them. This would make communicating with some of the high volume req candidates easier

The platform helps us to keep track of candidates better and reach out to them for additional roles within the organization
