A Positive Journey Through Talent Acquisition
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how the platform provides personalized candidate experiences, making interactions more engaging and tailored to each individual's needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my limited experience with the Phenom Intelligent Talent Experience Platform, I haven't encountered anything I dislike so far.

What is helpful the most about phenom is being able to reach out to the CVM at any time if there is anything that i need assistance with l.

There has been times in the past where Phenom has been down for a couple hours.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem Phenom is solving is bringing quality candidates all under one system to seamlessly get the candidate through the process.
Overall the platform is really great to use.

I like that I can review all candidate actions, see any communication sent to candidates from all recruiters, and easily locate candidates in on the platform

not always the most user friendly, has improved over time to best fit my organizations needs

Can't create tracking links within the platform.
I saw that you're rolling out virtual events, but I need users external to Phenom to be booth representatives to chat with job seekers. And need to have multiple booth reps from multiple companies be able to use the virtual event platform. Like the Brazen platform.

Phenom has been an increasingly valuable asset
What do you like best about the product?
Over the last 2 years of use, the Phenom team has been swiftly responsive about adding features/making changes that our small team has requested, even highly specific, relatively minor asks such as adding new interview durations for scheduling.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it seems like features could be a little more customizable without needing to have the settings adjusted across the board for the whole organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching out to candidates en masse or individually in an efficient way. It's well integrated with Workday.
Great tool for communicating with candidates
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about the platform is being able to text with candidates in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside about the platform is when there is a temporary outage which seem to happen way less fequently now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not able to text candidates with other software that is used. Love being able to text with the candidates as they seem to respond better than with an email

Appreciate the ease of use, personalization and navigation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not as compatible with other platforms such as workday- unable to snyc. Some operations are time consuming.

I enjoy the personalized link for interview scheduling.

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to easily text back and forth with candidates. Its so easy to use and makes communication with candidates quick & easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I had more control of what is on my dashboard. Would love to set up in a way that works best for me.

I'm not aware of a problem at this time

What do you like best about the product?
Phenom is very easy to navigate. I like to filter you can apply.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Phenon is that it allow the same candidate to schedule interview multipule times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The phenon platform allows for me to reach a larger number of candidates quicker.
