Mostly Intuitive But Requires Intensive Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Phenom Applied AI is mostly intuitive. It's structured in a way that makes sense without needing to refer to a guide. I also find it helpful for scheduling phone screens and automated campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
The things that get rolled out require a lot of training by the end user in order to operate optimally. The programs that are meant to automate our workflow require intensive creation up front and aren't always easily duplicated at scale.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Phenom Applied AI pretty user-friendly and easy to use for the most part. It helps free up my time for other tasks, so I can focus more on sourcing or strategy rather than admin tasks. I also like that it handles high volume with speed and consistency. The Phenom staff is always friendly and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are glitches with the voice agent. She will sometimes stall out or talk a little wonky. Occasionally, the agent will be like 'thannnnnkkkkkkkkkkkkksssssssss' and stall out before proceeding. It's more rare but it does happen.

Phenom Applied AI helps alleviate manual screening with the voice agent tool and aids in sourcing candidates and messaging. It frees up my time for strategic tasks, handles high volumes quickly, and is user-friendly.
