What do you like best about the product?
So far, a great experience, great for managing large campaigns and progressing applicants through the interview process.
I like the ability t edit and amend email templates giving them a unique look and feel. The ability to include multiple jobs.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes feel like too much within the platform and can come across as quite complex when the process you are doing is relatively simple. It would be good if the platform were slightly simple.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to run multiple campaigns in line with your colleagues and team. It helps build out a continuously evolving list of leads that can be contacted in various ways.

What do you like best about the product?
The upsides are that the platform was very easy to use. I could navigate it easily. I learned a lot from it. I feel ready to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a bit lengthy but I learned well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me with talent acquisition in my role and helping me get the best candidates for the jobs.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the ability to work directly from our ATS and the ability to create different types of lists. I also like the campaign features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many tags possibly but will learn to use them effectively as i continue to get adapted to Phenom
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To be able to have your entire talent community in one place and be able to build and execute a strategy to connect with passive talent

What do you like best about the product?
I thought the entire platform was user friendly and easy to navigate. I appreciated how mindful the learning was toward users and all the time it took to explain the website's details.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not sure if there was anything I disliked. I felt like the platform was programmed well. I think if anything, the "next" buttons would not be present when I was supposed to move onto another page or complete the course (when instructed to click next) and instead I was supposed to exit the course entirely (which would make me nervous whether or not I completed it).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping with all the training I need to understand the platform better and do my job efficiently. I am entirely more productive because I feel more comfortable with the platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how organized the platform is and how there is guidance for everything I am unclear about (via training videos provided). I appreciate the value it brings in providing me with leads for my reqs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not used this platform enough to disclose anything I dislike about it particularly but I will say that it is a learning curve and takes a while to play around with to get used to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Phenom platform is providing me with leads that I otherwise wouldn't have insights to and this is helpful in cases where my reqs are hard to fill as they are very niche.

What do you like best about the product?
The webinars were great - and the one-on-one customer service rep meetings specific for our company was also a very added bonus!
What do you dislike about the product?
Lots of information to learn and understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Applicant flow - especially for our hourly lower level jobs.

What do you like best about the product?
The AI insights are fantastic! It made finding a perfect candidate a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
The training was tough to follow, and wasn't very intuitive between modules.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Phenom makes finding similar candidates for niche roles much more accessible and improves my overall search efficiency.

Great CRM Tool

What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can upload spreadsheets into the CRM. I also like how you can use it to track previous candidates you spoke to and follow up with them if another opportunity is available.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that I feel could be improved on is the texting cool. It would be nice if the tool could forward text messages to my phone or the mass text messaging platform easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Honestly, I'm not sure of any current improvements, to be honest. I appreciate that they are willing to ask users to take a survey to make improvements, though.
