That they are not required to add a resume

Hiring more candidates. The benefit is that it saves time going out to the field to recruit.

What do you like best about the product?
User friendly interface that drives adoption for candidates, recruiters, managers and HR leads.
CRM, strong Career website, good XML integrations for common job boards, google jobs / glassdoor integration, good recruitment marketing capabilities and connection capabilitiesto social media (using UTM codes).
Vacancy level & global data analytics.
Solid feature update cycle, now including skills analysis, interview scheduling, agency portal, ...

What do you dislike about the product?
Not a complaint ... just be sure to discuss and purchase all the features you expect in your end product. Some features may not be included as standard and could be an unexpected add on cost / implementation work. And this is true for all platforms, not specifically Phenom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Upgrading to leading edge Recruitment Marketing capabilities.
Giving career ownership back to employees in a transparent platform, encouringing internal moves / gigs etc. using AI to help guide users / employees.
Talent Pooling talent using AI to support recommened talent as soon as they apply.
Building a skills map of the company - suggesting learning / career moves to employees to close skills gaps.

A great sourcing tool
What do you like best about the product?
Phenom is a great help in recruitment. From sourcing to onboarding of candidates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all. Phenom is very helpful in recruitment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to create pipeline and communicate instantly with the candidates. Will be able to give them an update immediately and manage the communications.

Lack of transferring info from ATS system

the are quite alot of bugs in the initial phase. The advertisement is also lagging

Analytics are great. Capabilities to create campaigns, etc. are great. I like the interview scheduling feature, and the SMS capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
For texting, there should be the capability for a candidate to be forwarded to a phone. If a candidate calls the number they have received texts from, nothing happens

It is our main sourcing tool. The recruiters are able to spread a wide net with the CRM.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the features that are available for communicating with candidates
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there's a delay with responses with the SMS feature. During SMS communication, if typing a text during a response from the candidate it disappears

What do you like best about the product?
Phenom TXM is super user-friendly and allows for really great uses for our business. The staff and individuals we can reach out to for help are also always so helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
The support sometimes takes much too long to be resolved and I feel as though the CMS could be a little more user-friendly. Our campaigns do not receive a lot of engagement, but it could definitely be user error versus the actual platform!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've realized we can leverage a lot more for our business by using the Phenom TXM Platform. We've solved some marketing issues using the platform.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you have a great relationship with your CSS, they will be your right-hand person!

the bugs and tech issues that we have to enter tickets for :(
