IT'S EASY TO USE, ABLE TO COPY JOBS WHEN I NEED TO DUPLICATE TO ANOTHER PLATFORM, RESUMES ARE ACCESSABLE

IF I DIDN'T CREATE THE JOB BUT I'M ADDED TO IT I CAN'T MAKE ANY EDITS

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Phenom People makes it easy to partner as a Sourcer with my Recruiting colleagues!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the hardest part is taking the time to get to know the terms and the best way to use the CRM, but certainly worth it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am working to find hard to fill talent, but want to make sure we are keeping top silver medalists in mind and working across our teams.

I like the personalization of the career site for all the candidates. It really brings a more personal experience.

I think they could upgrade or add more widgets. They should also give customers more mobility when designing the experience sites.

We are bringing potential candidates a more personalized experience with artificial intelligence.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of and the short video clips keep you engaged.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though the videos are short the clicks are too fast, maybe slow it down just a bit.

The company is using Phenom because the necessary software combined.

The best candidate tracking platform!
What do you like best about the product?
Phenom has been amazing; their customer support and onboarding teams are very helpful. I love that the tool allows you to sync your Careers Page to their platform, and you can create personalized campaigns to candidates in regards to specific jobs you are working on, or think will become open soon.
What do you dislike about the product?
Phenom has been such a huge lift to our company. The only thing I could say that I dislike is that it's another tool to use/get used to using daily, but that's really it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Applicant tracking, careers site tracking (and reporting!) , campaigns and consistent email follow up.

If you are looking to add any HR/Recruiting tool to your organization, I highly recommend checking out Phenom.

A lot of steps in the process, I wish there as a shorter way of doing things

Sourcing, creating lists, candidate scoring, pipelining passive talent, creating campains

Like most systems, there are always issues with performance caused by network connectivity issues. I'll have to work with the Phenom system a little more before objectively assessing features I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Filled two hard-to-fill sales roles in Northern California and Raleigh, NC, by attracting passive talent on Phenom.
Experience with Phenom TXM Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Phenom its the passive candidate and partial applicant lead detection. The pipeline is always filled with candidates and job seekers in our field. In addition, you can do everything within the system from sending campaigns, reminding applicants about completing their application and texting leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
Something that I would say is the least helpful about Phenom is that it doesn't push through all the information from our ATS, as in sometimes you have to go between the two systems to see what is happening with a candidate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business problems that Phenom TXM Platform is helping us solve is pushing candidates through the funnel and continously having an active pipeline without the extra work that is being done through sourcing.
