A great CRM for recruiters
What do you like best about the product?
I can tell that this was created by recruiters, for recruiters, a lot of other systems aren't and this one you can tell works well for my hiring needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides currently it seems like a great system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is trying to solve our candidate pipeline and a way to store our passive and non active talent.

I like the static list creation for my positions because the candidate pool increases.

Mass disposition of non- relevant candidates is not possible.

Phenom solves the problem of creating a unique talent pool for various requisitions simultaneously.

Cannot search candidates with years of experience range.

Projects, Dynamic & Static Lists and easy integration with other TA Technologies
What do you dislike about the product?
Training flow, colour contrast could have been better, and missing close captioning. This is important from the Accessibility and Inclusion perspective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In workday, candidate search is not that powerful and finding silver medalists wasn't easy. Phenom's search engine/filters you can add are excellent

So far, a great experience, great for managing large campaigns and progressing applicants through the interview process.
I like the ability t edit and amend email templates giving them a unique look and feel. The ability to include multiple jobs.

What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes feel like too much within the platform and can come across as quite complex when the process you are doing is relatively simple. It would be good if the platform were slightly simple.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to run multiple campaigns in line with your colleagues and team. It helps build out a continuously evolving list of leads that can be contacted in various ways.

The upsides are that the platform was very easy to use. I could navigate it easily. I learned a lot from it. I feel ready to use it.

It was a bit lengthy but I learned well.

I really enjoy the ability to work directly from our ATS and the ability to create different types of lists. I also like the campaign features.

Too many tags possibly but will learn to use them effectively as i continue to get adapted to Phenom
