Phenomenal Suite of Products

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of adoption for new users, especially recruiters. The ability to have control and make immediate changes to our career site without the need for web developers. The partnership with Phenom and our team.

Update: 2025 - since the original recommendation we have implemented scheduling automation and high volume hiring solutions. These have brought significant efficiencies to our recruiting and hiring team and improved our overall employee first time show up rates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our business has several very unique use case needs that are not out of the box solutions and require special enhancements or development work. However this is not a true dislike as this is common for most vendors we work with, and Phenom is very collaborative in moving the needle forward.

Update: 2025 - as above Phenom has continued to set the bar in implementation collaboration to ensure we are able to maximize our ROI of their products.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
High Volume Hiring for quality candidates while allowing our candidates to learn about our company and brand.

Update: 2025: The high volume hiring solution helped us take our time from interview to time to hire from 30+ day to under 14 days on average since implementation (and most recently under 8 days). We have seen significant improvements in our no show rates for interviews and our first shift show up rates increased from about 85% to about 93%. Overall the automations in scheduling and the job alignment that happens through the HVH allows our hiring teams to focus on the most value added activities and the activities that require the people to people interactions.

What do you like best about the product?
The AI is the best I've used in and TA system. You can also create automations quickly. It makes communicating with large numbers of candidates significantly easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration between Phenom and other platforms is time consuming and requires a lot of time and effort to maintain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are modernizing all our TA processes and system. Phenom is a key component of this.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm learning new things about how i can better utilize the system. All of the stories from real clients help to reinforce our reason for using AI and keeping ahead of the curb always. I like to learn more about how to keep improving our processes and it's great to see it in action
What do you dislike about the product?
Lots of client experiences are for high volume so i have to guess about how the products can work better for my company that is more medium volume and hiring at an annual cycle
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Capturing leads that we otherwise would have never had. Also enabling us to pipeline and nurture talent

What do you like best about the product?
The improved user experience for recruiters, candidates, and especially hiring managers. This specifically includes the better flow of key information and communication between the parties.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support processes need more maturity. This includes more self service for troubleshooting and updating configuration. Also, need to improve deployment model to include testing and sign off in a mirrored test environment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a centralized rationship management tool that allowed our recruiters to move from an operational model of recruiting to a strategic model. Also, we needed to improve our hiring manager experience so they are looped into the process vs at the end.

Our biggest challenge is the wide array of solutions and options. The goal is to limit the "let's do everything" and focus on what's meaningful to our process.
