What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see a larger library of stock images and video content, but I'm sure that will increase all the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a tech business, our products solve quite complex problems, and we need to explain and show the value in our solutions and the problems we're solving. Pictory helps us do just that.
Pictory is outstanding!
What do you like best about the product?
This tool has been great for me. I use it to create short videos for my blog posts. I love that I only have to upload my text and then the software does the rest. I have been able to create videos in just a few minutes that have helped my blog reach new audiences. I now have a more consistent presence on social media and my blog is more visible.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have better limits, and also more languages to create different kind of videos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can create videos using my blog posts drafts.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy of use, for sure. And also the amount of time saved in creating videos at scale. Once we have multiple options, we can edit the scenes and customize them.

Lack of high-quality video stock footage options for the Article to Video feature

Transcribing videos on a scale & editing videos

An excellent alternative to Descript. The Article to Video feature is worth checking out.
An easy way to publish video content with very little effort required.
What do you like best about the product?
The platform makes it extremely easy to take a blog post and turn it into a video. Nearly the entire process is automated with AI, making it a breeze. A video that used to take me 3 hours to complete now takes less than 30 minutes for the same thing!
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not a lot to dislike, but of the few things I'm not liking after using the app for a while is that they release updates a little too often without proper testing. Occasionally it will break things and make it challenging to work with the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am turning long-form blog content into a video for marketing and ranking on YouTube. The benefit is that now I can reach a whole new audience without spending a lot of time creating new content. I can easily create video content out of an already published blog post.

Artificial intelligence allows us to generate videos around our texts.

The application still has some glitches in the generation of related videos.

What do you like best about the product?
The developers are really in tune with the users; they actually anticipate needs before we ask. This product delivers more than I ever imagined.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything right now, but when I do, I'll pass it along to developer Abid Mohammed, and he will be all over it.

What do you like best about the product?
Pictory is brilliant for putting together video projects with the power of AI. I love the story editor, the automatic voice overs, the stock videos and the music!
What do you dislike about the product?
The things that I've disliked I've been able to bring up to the creators and they take action on! For example, I wanted to have shorter pauses in the voice over between scenes. Within a few days they launched a new release updating this!

The video editor is great, but there is space for improvement.
I dislike that I can't use multiple audio files and BGM for different scenes in the video.
Sometimes the AI can be hit and miss for choosing a suitable piece of stock content to support the context. I hope this improves in time.

Pictory is great too for anyone in education or marketing. I've been able to easily create videos out of my blog articles to compliment my marketing. I've found the learning curve quite intuitive, yet I suspect I've not even unpacked 30% of what Pictory can do.
This is a must have for course creators and education providers.

Pictory is an innovative product. I was able to create a course video in a few minutes with the script we had for the course video.

💡Limited ability to customize templates. Give us a bit more power to customize.
💡It would be great to have us highlight keywords for AI to pick up scenes/stock videos.
💡Ability to keep the TTS in audio but should not be on video display if we choose to.
💡Ability to at least have your assistant or a couple of team members to do the job for/with you.
💡Sharing passwords is a no-no! Make it easy for us to collaborate please.

A magic tool which can convert anything into video!
What do you like best about the product?
I am really happy with this product! It's such a time saver! I had a video that was over 1 hour long and I wanted to make a short video of the most important information in the video. This tool allowed me to easily make a short, 5-minute video within minutes. now I can also easily convert my blogs/articles, scripts & images into a quality video. Brand settings is great, I can set all my intros, outros, fonts & colors to repeatedly use in my videos.

Limited Text formating, should have more options
Intro & outro templates are very basic
Downloading a video takes significant time, it should be reduced
Voiceovers are not human-like, they sound robotic

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me convert my long videos into short highlights within minutes which saves me a lot of time and effort, It also helps me edit my course videos.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I am not a video creator but I have to say that I am really impressed with this software. With the ability to quickly transcribe lengthy videos, this is a great tool for anyone who has to create videos.
