What do you like best about the product?
Cisco Intersight Services operates on the cloud, giving managers a central place to manage everything. It has enabled the identification of issues before they occur through proactive monitoring and analytical capacities, thus enhancing the dependability of the entire system. This system is configured with security management characteristics to support policy enforcement, which helps users respond effectively to possible threats.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cisco Intersight Services may be assumed not good by people who like customizing their hardware configurations for organizations that are using cloud-based services that have limited control over the underlying hardware. Therefore, it relies heavily on an internet connection and if there are connectivity problems, it can disrupt the user’s ability to look after on-premises infrastructure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cisco Intersight Services has cut down on the costs of doing business in data centers due to increased automation, centralized management as well as enhanced monitoring by Cisco Intersight Services. It makes the workflows flow better, and automation within Intersight improves the IT team's overall productivity and effectiveness.

Cisco Intersight Services has an AI-powered monitoring hence proactively identifies potential hardware, software, and OS issues prior they impact hence minimizing down time. It streamlines deployment a model automates tasks and helps eliminate deployment failures allowing you to attend to other priorities. It also enhances security and compliance by enforcing IT security best practices through automated policies and continuous monitoring, mitigating security risks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cisco Intersight Services requires a lot of training and adaptation especially if the user is familiar with other tools. It is limited to third party integration which is a disadvantage to the organization with non-Cisco tools with diverse IT environments. It also has restricted access to certain configurations which depends with your license level which limits access to manage or diagnose specific underlying system configurations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cisco Intersight Services provides a centralized platform to manage your entire infrastructure from core area regardless of location or deployment model. It also uses AI-powered monitoring and analytics pre-identify and resolve potential issues before they impact users hence minimizing down time.

Cisco Intersight Service has limitations: customization and more resource requirements for CVA and PVA.

Cisco Intersight Services provided a single pane of glass management platform for the UCS Server and Hyperflex Platform. The proactive support is sped up for fixed and deployment.

What do you like best about the product?
In the cloud era, Cisco Intersight does provide the best functioning. It enables the administration of UCS systems from virtually anywhere. The capabilities of Cisco Intersight are incredible. The best feature, in my opinion, is that it enables us to automate several jobs, all of which are completed precisely.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only two things I would like to see enhanced are the UI and customization. This program does not have any problems in my opinion.

Ease of use and simplification of the user interface that cisco provides is very appreciable. It is compact and easy to use and provided by the market leader cisco so there are no doubts.

There are some complexities that cisco will improve as per my experience with cisco technologies. Needs some more approach in market to target its customer base.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use the Cisco UCS system. In order to be able to continue to use this with the full feature set in the future, we use intersight
Simple to Use, Yet Powerful
What do you like best about the product?
The newly refreshed interface brings the product in line with Cisco's other SaaS offerings and presents a large font, large graphics interface. It's intuitive to use and yet very powerful, as you can manage and monitor both your UCS and Hyperflex environments and deploy patches and updates to both the servers and hypervisors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Whilst the interface is clear and readable, it doesn't present the data in a small footprint, and now you find yourself scrolling for longer to find what you want to access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Intersight was leveraged to provide a single pane of a glass management platform for multiple server environments in different data centres. Thereby improving the availability and uptime of the environment as it could all be monitored through a single portal. Updates where also managed in a more centralised way.
