Easy to use, powerful, and scalable

What do you like best about the product?
We've been using Workato for just over 2 years. We previously shifted from Celigo to Workato. We are able to easily integrate and automate systems. The user onboarding is quick, with an extensive training academy (this has been great to ensure we have core training for all users). They also have a frequently changing roadmap, their product is constantly improving.

The customer service is amazing! Probably some of the best support I've received from a tool. We're very happy customers of Workato, and look forward to growing as an organization with this product.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are happy customers - probably the only area could be the pricing compared to competitors. But with the scope/capability of the platform, for us it's easily justifiable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it primarily for connecting our workflows between Netsuite and our other tools (e.g. Salesforce, Snowflake)... We have been able to develop creative solutions and avoid purchasing additional tools.
