Great tech support
What do you like best about the product?
User friendly, easy to integrate and great technical support.
What do you dislike about the product?
The number of features for HTTP calls could be further increased.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to pass data from my ERP to a vendor in JSON format. Workato is able to be the middleware to get all this automated and formatted.
Streamlined Automation with Intuitive UI
What do you like best about the product?
I use Workato for automations and building agentic AI bots. I appreciate how it allows us to create automations that connect different tools and automate answers and tasks for users. I like its easy to use and understand UI, and the recipe builder is very intuitive and snappy, making it easy to work with. I can build a recipe within an hour depending on the complexity. The integration with a lot of our tools is also a plus. Their support is generally available and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can take some time to get a response from their support team but isn't a hinderance. Getting a response from a human can take longer than expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Workato to create automations and bots that connect different tools, simplifying tasks and enhancing efficiency.

Limitations in HTTP calls and less concern about price (Charging money for each task in DEV instance as weell)

Very accessible to use. Depending on your use-case, all younhave to do is set-up a connection and follow basic instructions. After a day you will be able to do some basic interfacing with web-apps

Creating connectors are difficult. Not all triggers of authoring connectors are available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data deletion via Bridge of ACC. Migrating info from BIM360 to ACC. Automatically trigger metadata logic on ACC.

Workato can be quite pricey, especially if you're not using the correct licensing model.

A Comprehensive and Powerful That Delivers
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. It meets a lot of enterprise level requirements and very flexible in ways users can build solutions through the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there are more Workato supported connectors. There's no way to monitor webtraffic so when running into rate limit issue, it is really hard to troubleshoot.

Workato platform revealed previously unknown internal workflows, enabling us to standardize procedures across the organization. By grouping these workflows, we developed larger initiatives for greater efficiency.

Not much, but the tool can be a bit pricey for small companies, and some advanced features could be more intuitive
