How easy it is to automate complex workflows without needing heavy coding. It connects so many apps seamlessly and really speeds up processes that used to take a lot of time.

Order to Cash (O2C): Automating the entire customer order process, from order entry to payment collection.
• Quote to Cash (Q2C): Streamlining the journey from generating a quote through contract, billing, and revenue recognition.
• Procure to Pay (P2P): Simplifying vendor management, purchase orders, and payment processing.

Workato is the Key to Success
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I like about Workato is how it allows the developer to be innovative when creating and building recipes.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I can think of that I don't like about Workato. Even the Chat support is always helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Siloed applications are now able to share data due to Workato integrations

Workato is easy to use despite it’s a very powerful integration tool
What do you dislike about the product?
One weakness I’ve noticed is that large data processing jobs can sometimes run slower than expected, especially when handling bulk updates or complex multi-step workflows.

Business Applications integrations, finance systems integrations, GTM systems integrations

Everything. Especially the ai genie and everything that they are doing with it

Nothing. Really nothing. Nothing at all.

I think Workato puts a lot of thought and care into the builder and user experience. Nothing I really dislike at this time.

Speed to implement is amazing and all the standard out of the connectors help us to achieve it.

Limitations for complex Integra mapping logic

Financial cloud integrations are developed using Workato and we are able to avoid manual effort

Its native connector, plus the ability to create new ones from scratch!
What do you dislike about the product?
Right now, there are some training courses that could be improved to cover more scenarios when building the recipes and functions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Resolves the miscommunication and daily maintenance that some of our current platforms require, therefore giving us more time to pursue other projects.
