What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and configure. It is really a low-code platform!!!!

Should have integrated CICD, DevOps features!!

UI and user management are clear and simple to use, the OOB connectors allow us to create some really smart integrations, incredibly reliable, and easy to follow visually (don't need to have decades of coding experience to see what's happening with an integration)
What do you dislike about the product?
The charges are a bit confusing (charge per recipe, and a specific integration may need multiple recipes), but then most platforms don't have a clear structure, so I'm nitpicking
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing us to integrate platforms to minimise manual human intervention and entry errors, reduce duplication of effort, and maximise efficiencies (1 change triggers multiple automatic updates vs. them all being done individually by separate teams at varying times)

We are a IT services company working on large scale integration programs on tools like TIBCO, Mule and others.
We recommend workato when speed and ease of development along with chat boy driven integrations are key requirements of customer and workato fits in very well in these requirements

What do you like best about the product?
Workato is a powerful tool proving to be quick and easy to learn. The Workato training tools and employees have given us fantastic support, ensuring our success.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would love to see more connectors available for 3rd party software. Additional pre-defined connectors would allow us to save some development time.

Using Workato will allow us to release integrations for multitudes of customers quickly.

On the API side, it needs some work.
For small businesses, subscription fees could offer more flexibility
The ability of the Python connection to use libraries other than those that are already accessible is something I would like Workato to enable.

What do you like best about the product?
We're able to offer custom integrations to our customers for a variety of SaaS Applications, which would otherwise be hard to scale and manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can take a WHILE to get triggers/actions added for common/staple applications like egnyte/sharepoint, through product support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to test and release several integration workflows with a short turn around, scale them, and monetize on our efforts.

The terminology on the product is confusing. like Teams vs. customers

The customer integrations are done through the Workato flows. Its easy and faster.

you have to have some developer experience to manage it

it helps me with user on/off boarding and all automation around it

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use. You can drag and drop actions from the several connectors available and create a simple sequence of steps in a few minutes. It's all visual and you have access to the data after you run a job to inspect it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing huge that I dislike. One potential improvement point could the to allow the Python connector to use other libraries than those available today.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We integrate Salesforce with other ERP and workato makes the things much easier compared with if we had to write code to synchronize data. We have access to the last jobs what makes easier to sort out errors.
