Simplifies Bill Processing with Easy ERP Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Workato is easy to understand. When I started using Workato around three months ago, I had no idea about it before, but it was very easy to onboard myself onto the platform and get the learning started. I was able to get my deliverables in as soon as possible. Workato is definitely user-friendly. I also appreciate the tools like connector SDK, recipe lifecycle management, connections, and recipes that I use daily. Each of them has significant value, and they are necessary for our business use case. They make it really efficient and easy for our APIs to work with the ERP systems. Also, setting up Workato was quite easy, thanks to the documentation available online and the support from the Workato team through emails and calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been noticing that the connection keeps dropping with the connector SDK that we have built as our custom software. It would be great if Workato could look into why the connection drops even when the OAuth configurations, credentials, everything is in place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Workato to integrate our billing processes with ERP systems like Zoho Books and QuickBooks Online. It handles bill information creation, updates, and scrapes data efficiently with APIs, streamlining vendor payments and keeping our records up to date.
Intuitive Low-Code Platform with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate that Workato is an easy to use and intuitive low code platform. I like how it's structured, making it convenient for a non-coder like me to dive in and work efficiently. I'm very pleased with Workato, especially its easy to use layout, helpful hints, and low code structure. The initial setup was great as well, with all our integrations migrating smoothly and ramping up team members was very smooth too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how things get wiped out when copying certain recipes. Having this feature fixed would save a lot of time.

Workato is easy to use and intuitive, allowing non-coders to build integrations efficiently.

I find Workato easy to use. The Recipe Automation feature is good, and the initial setup went smoothly.

I find the UI complexity a bit challenging, and sometimes it's harder to maintain the workflow scale.

Seamless Integration with Robust API Support
What do you like best about the product?
I really like Workato for its very seamless and large ecosystem of connectors. The strong developer support for custom connectors is a big plus, and the API platform makes it very easy to create API endpoints and collections. The initial setup was very easy too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find Workato very Ruby based, which introduces a bit of a learning curve, especially when creating custom connectors. I think having a bit more AI support for custom connector creation would help.

I use Workato for integrating our business applications and automating business processes. It's very seamless with a large ecosystem of connectors and strong dev support, making it easy to create API endpoints and collections.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Workato's ability to seamlessly integrate and synchronize data across enterprise applications and systems. Intuitive Interface That Bridges Teams Seamlessly
What do you like best about the product?
I find that the user interface is very intuitive and easy to follow. It allows developers to connect with members of their team that may be less tech savvy while not losing any of the key information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Different platform components don't effortlessly flow into each other. It takes some navigation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workato automates all of our B2B integrations and saves us so much time in manual entry as well as errors.
Extensive Connectors and Rapid Integration Makes Workato Stand Out!
What do you like best about the product?
One of the most helpful items that Workato provides us is the vast library of connectors, and the speed at which we can implement new integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is very well documented, but some small areas like Workflow apps leave much to be desired in this respect and require support to assist you when you are "stuck".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Workato we were able to take a legacy abandoned eCommerce integration program, and refactor it into a modern API driven platform with room for a vast amount of extensibility in the future. Plus, it has improved the site response time by half.
Prebuilt Recipes help spark new ideas
What do you like best about the product?
The prebuilt recipes give us a great starting place to think about what we might not already be thinking about.

I get bummed out when I can't find a prebuilt connector

Effortless Workflow Automation with Intuitive Drag-and-Drop Interface
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use with low code required to set up a workflow. Additionally, the drag and drop interface is user friendly, with adequate control and information, with good automation capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does require some amount of learning curve to fully utilize full functionality (such as complex customization) of Workato.
