Contracts made easy
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to send different contract types to different types of customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Launching the template builder is difficult to navigate at first
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to integrate with SF and based on custom fields we can send difficult contracts types to different customers.
Conga composer
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and customize the templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far for the products that we are using

Customer invoices is one main area where we utilize Conga most
Sweet & Simple, love it for my Sales Organization.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to manage and administer, great for an Admin to be able to be agile and effective. Helps close contracts faster if Sales can self-serve, so we've enabled that for our teams. Not only that, great community to be part of!
What do you dislike about the product?
We don't have more of the services & features to enable a more seamless process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saved Admins hours from having to assist with contract templates and edits. Contracts are able to be generated and executed from weeks down to a few days. $ in the bank!
Conga Non-Essay Review
What do you like best about the product?
The quick support especially sandbox provisioning
What do you dislike about the product?
Generation time can be lengthy. Most of the time it is only a few seconds but some queries can take about a minute.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to learn SOQL
Conga Document generator made my day
What do you like best about the product?
I feel very good & happy with the solution we had with Conga, there was a complex business reqmt and was able to succeed with Conga.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything looks good, may be time to do the document generator can come down.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Merging the documents which is a complex use case, to see all documents in a single doc.

Everything works great. I don't think any changes required.

Conversion to a PDF
What do you like best about the product?
The ese of being able to convert our digital application to PDF for sharing with other departments

I don't know enough about all of your other capabilities to answer appropriately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to send a completed application to either the applicant, another institution for review, or ther departments that otherwise do not have access to Salesforce.

I love taking our college applications and being able to generate a PDF instantly.

Quickly generate slick documents! Easy to edit and update and fire off to the customer.

Depending upon comfortability with systems at the admin level there can be a learning curve.
