Conga solutions is one amongst the most easy to integrate and achieve professional templates merged.

What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing much to dislike even if there are weaknesses conga takes them up very seriously and release updates to fix them. For example they released conga key setup which eliminated the trouble of changing param ids during org to org deployments
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have solved a lot of business issues that my customers otherwise would have struggled to have as a feature, like conga triggers are life saver when it comes to auto document generation and sending the same as email or to cloud drives.
Also it has really solved the signing process that most businesses have as a core requirement

Conga is a power house.
It is a one stop solution to all your Documentation needs and takes the burden of your shoulder for signing as well.
It is very user friendly and it has very to the point documentation regarding steps and parameters guide and even then if you're still at a loss then conga provides real time chat support with conga agents and their advice or online support is just phenomenal.

Nothing it's quite expensive and not much relevant

When I used to work I generally would use for signature and Word document conversation.

Awesome tool that allows to create and merge documents from Salesforce
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Conga Document Generation is that it allows you to create documents using templates and various Salesforce records. Also it allows you to merge to documents before sending to clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating templates is a difficult task and requires technical expertise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had to merge four documents which were four different PDFs, and We used Conga Document Generation to merge them and send them to the end client.
A little cumbersome when it come to changing a field in the query

UI looks a bit old. Debugging is time taking

- create error-free documents from Salesforce and send to customers directly.
- copy paste data from salesforce to conga proposal is a complex task however conga doc gen. make it easy via formatting template.

- Formatting template in word and excel is not an easy task sine it doesn't give the exact error location.

Simple, Easy and Powerful Document generation Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Conga document generation tool is very well designed, Most of the simple tasks can be done by just configuration. We can do a lot more using customization.
It supports background document generation and automatically storing it under any salesforce record attachment or files related list.

What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is good, If they could give some more documentation regarding conga template formula fields then it's a real 100%.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Generating the different quote documents dynamically for all of our 56 marks. Configuration of templates was really helpful. The solution uses complete rest integration with the conga document generator and does all the functionality in the background.
Conga is a perfect reporting tool and it makes life easy with its automation

Easy to use for the Guy who know what to do and where to do

The best thing you will get everything on net if you get stuck and Conga also provide free licence for practice, and with the help of conga in my project i was able to generate different Documents based on condition.
What do you dislike about the product?
Formula Editor part is slow , and the option to upload the new version of documents but sometimes conga still pick the older version and to solve this you have to delete all the previous version than it will work fine . So this bug should be solve.

Generation of documents , PDF , easy to pickup by new colleagues also , fetching field through query is awesome.
