What do you like best about the product?
I love the easy and modern to use graphical user interface. What do you like best about the product?
The support system is the best thing about this software it is timely and has proven effective in the general direction of our work. Besides that, there is a great variety of templates that make generation of documents a walk in the pack, the collaboration attributes of the software are above par and unmatched at the moment in our experience using this software. There is also a great user interface and indeed the software is one that is can easily be adapted to by different people thus time wasted on on-job training.

The fact that the generation of the documents takes a while of late has been the downside experienced with the software at the moment. If that area can be addressed, then the software will be all it portends to be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The greatest benefit has been the variety of templates and the fact that there is a collaboration tool that has also enabled time saving in the execution and delivery of projects at the organisation. Conga provides the best CLM software in the industry. The software provides full transparency into each contract step. The document generation is easy, complex and easily reportable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to provide customizations that are not part of the standard software. We need customizations of additional forms, flows, and AI.

everything is ok, something I can comment on was that they didn't support Spanish or Portuguese but it has already been resolved :)
