Conga Composer for Quote Generation
What do you like best about the product?
Conga Composer is a very flexible tool used by our organization to generate quotes in PDF/Word format from Salesforce. It's a very user-friendly tool to design templates and use conga queries to query data from Salesforce. It's easy to make changes to the templates by simply downloading the existing templates and can upload the new version.We can create different conga buttons to generate different templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, we didn't face any drawbacks from Conga Composer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to generate the Quotations in PDF/Word formats.
Able to add tables,header,footer and rich text contents in proper format.

It should be your first choice if you are seeking any document generation tool
I have used Conga in PWC to generate the document for digital signature.
What do you like best about the product?
Conga template to generate based on SQL and map the attributes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The setup is a little complex, and the technical manual should be detailed enough to understand and configure the conga.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The look and feel will remain the same and generated the Excel and the document for Merchant onboarding.

The functionality to generate documents from Salesforce and sending them as Contract is what I like the most.

Creating a presentation is not that easy and takes a lot of time to make a presentation.

The problem of merging various documents that were being generated from Salesforce was solved using this.

Once set up, the time saved to draft up a contract is incredible, freeing up your legal community to focus on the redlining and the essential clauses to negotiate for your business

It requires a very talented technical team at your side to squeeze as much value as possible from the pairing with CPQ

It allows you to automatically build the first draft from the library of clauses you have created and saves time to focus on the essential. When you have many product-specific clauses, most of the work of assembly is already done for you under the umbrella of your generic clauses. This is a game-changer for legal
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You need to make sure to have an excellent technical team on board to deliver this project. Ensuring also the implication of your Legal team is key as it will be very demanding in the early days of the setup before they can measure the incredible added value they will rip from it.
Some of the values related to sales and report generation need knowledge on that.

Conga is a greate tool for document genertion, its ease of implementation and document clarity is very good

Sometimes its very diffucult to find or debug the issue of conga. It should have its own debug log
