Very user-friendly and beautiful output
What do you like best about the product?
I like that we can customize the template that is generated so it looks like our company's marketing material. It provides a nice, clear quote to the client.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes a while for the document to generate once you hit the button.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending out nice, marketing-blessed quotes that look professional. Everyone was sending out their own versions of quotes before. Now, it's quick, easy, standardized and clean. We are also going to be implementing Conga Contracts soon.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This tool makes things alot easier. The UI is nice, and very customizable.

Conga provides everything you need from training, templates and even to techincal assistance that allows you to get the job done even on small resource.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can something be too good? The learning curve for bringing someone new into the organization can be a little tough. We use it as an opportunity to give professional development.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems. Load of benefits. It definitely streamlines our documents and ensures all our partners are receiving the same level of service.

What do you like best about the product?
Conga Composer allows us to accurately and quickly generate contracts for our event clients. We no longer have to worry about user error and we are able to keep our data in a single location.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only challenge is getting our clients to adopt this technology and complete the process through Conga Sign (e-signature).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to easily see previous contracts provided to the client and deals that closed or were lost. We have a quick snapshot of the clients history with us and are able to work remotely without VPN access.

Most of your training is still on Classic. It would be helpful if you could convert training videos into lightning.

Sales reps need details of some of the records from salesforce so that they can prepare for their meeting. we are generating detailed documents that helps our sales reps and sales manager make decisions

Conga Composer is industry tested, clean, and bulletproof. Its usecases are virtually endless if your company uses Salesforce. From product features, to innovation and support -- Conga has this nailed.

Templates sometimes aren't intuitive to build and if you really want to customize the doc, it will take some work.
