What do you like best about the product?
The functionality of the tool is the best feature. It offers the ability to sort and filter, as well as, create unique documents for any use case.
What do you dislike about the product?
The training could have been more geared to the specific use case that was discussed in the sales meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating documents for sales teams that will allow us to provide an aesthetically pleasing document to our potential clients that shows our products in a more formatted and sorted manner.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The training videos are incredibly helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to create a word document and custom salesforce button to be able too generate documents from our salesforce objects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to figure the correct word syntax for different field types, such as monetary or numeric fields. Oh, and IF statements are painful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
automated emails with a button click
Very cool tool for document generation
What do you like best about the product?
Conga allows us to create documents from 1+ objects and display the fields in whatever shape/display we want. It's been super helpful for all our documents including pro-forma invoice, SO , PO and other shipping documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit hard to understand at the beginning but the support team is very easy to talk to and helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce document generation is quite limited so it has opened a wide range of options for us to customize the documents in the way we want them,.

Documentation is very extensive but it reflects all of the awesome things you can do!

I love how easy it is to use the Conga Solutions object. It's a very nice guided way to build out solutions.

Nothing, I absolutely love this product and will continue to recommend it.

What do you like best about the product?
Contract Admin can create a contract through CPQ with Conga Contracts with few mistakes.

Sometimes have issues with support with Conga Composer
