Endpoint Central is the BEST
What do you like best about the product?
It has a friandly interface and cost is OK.
What do you dislike about the product?
I rally dont have anything to say about the bad side of the tool.

It helps centralising endpoints management in a quick, intuitive way.

Maybe it could be even more user friendly and intuitive.

Testing Endpoint Central
What do you like best about the product?
Patching management is easy to administer. The support for third party patching is well done. Also it was easy to integrated into a SSO solution
What do you dislike about the product?
Some configuration settings seem to be buried under layers and may be difficult to find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Developing an easier administration of patching and end point management for a full remote environment. Endpoint Central should make it easier to stay connected with devices if they are are in an office or remote location.
Great Product, Very Efficient
What do you like best about the product?
Simple installation and configuration. Great for small IT shops that need to work smarter, not harder
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes tech support is hard to get a hold of, mostly over the phone

Secure remote management of offsite PCs and patching. We also use the self service portal for approved apps so our users don't need to run as admins

The price point is the biggest dislike I have.

Patch management solves having to install and use a WSUS server.

Reports and statistics. Ease of use and integration.

Price and reports form developing applications.

Reports. I want to achieve report about Patching to my mail. It's not easy to do it.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about it is its ability to manage all of your endpoint devices from a single console. This makes it easy to keep track of all of your devices, and also makes it easier to deploy software and security updates across the board.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to say in this category
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patch management and application/software updates
ManageEngine is Reliable
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the product is reliable, it stays consistant, and the ease of use is unmatched. ManageEngine is a huge time saver for my day to day operations. The reports generated are also a major plus from the product, they make it easy during audit season and executive requests.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only complaint I have is with AppCtrl. We implemented Microsoft AppLocker because AppCtrl was inaccurate and simply did not work. Other then that, no coplaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MangeEngine takes the guess work out of which endpoint devices are properly being managed and updated.

I like the test and approved in Patch Management,

Too many add ons, need licenses for other features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Audit issues
Good product which does the basics well.
What do you like best about the product?
Its farily easy to use and has a fast interface. We mainly use it for remote controlling devices, asset management and MDM for our mobile fleet. It is also very easy to push software and changes to our windows and mac devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Management of apple devices is not quite as good as Windows. Support for the product could be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now have a full list of devices in our estate and all details (serial numbers, purchase dates, etc). We can deploy changes (such as wallpaper changes) centrally and easily. Patch management.
