Actionable Insights in an actionable format

What do you like best about the product?
A lot of stuff actually.

For starters the Segmentation available up front is very insightful, especially combined with social listening.

I also am a big fan of the personality insights available on the tool. its a great conversation starter

lastly, buying mindset helps a lot in determining purchase influences
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform downloads a ppt as an image making it harder to customize. some of the metrics are cut out as well.

Searching for a keyword in a specific market within the tool is also a feature that is missed. However, our SL tool is now linked which helps overcome this problem.

If i was nitpicking, a 2-3 runtime. Although the report is well worth the wait. We usually plan around this for now but it would be great to get this quicker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There is so much to learn about an audience, which typically took weeks of analysis. Even then you still don't get the same output as with Audiense. The tool is really good for content creation, personalization and tone.

These reports always get the marketing team to notice :)

What do you like best about the product?
The methodology is by far the best to develop segments, utilising Machine Learning to the best of its abilities to generate genuine audience insight that helps our global clients to truly understand who and what their consumers and adjacent consumers are.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't really a downslide, we just want more functionality using similar methodology and for the service to continue to grow
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consumer behaviour, Category analysis, Driver development, Audience segmentation - all of these have benefitted with better insights than any tool I know of - and I have have used them all
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want cutting edge segmentation nothing beats Audiense

What do you like best about the product?
I like to see when a follower joins or leaves my account
What do you dislike about the product?
I use the free version, so there isn't anything that I dislike, really.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Audiense helps me weed out my following habits. Sometimes you will follow someone reciprocally. Audiense helps you discover if the person you reciprocally followed has a genuine interest in you or only in the fact that they gained a follower. It shows you when they unfollow you.

La capacidad de obtener información realmente útil para diferentes áreas de la compañía en 4 clics.

Por ejemplo:
De mi grupo de seguidores, me gustaría saber cuáles también son seguidores de estas otras marcas y de ese subgrupo me gustaría saber de qué están hablando en este momento y en qué lugar del mundo se encuentran. Y una vez sepa eso. Me gustaría enviarles una campaña de paidmedia para enseñarles lo que estamos haciendo nosotros. Y todo esto quiero que ocurra en unos pocos clics y menos de una hora.

No hemos solucionado ningún problema. Lo que hemos conseguido es muchos beneficios, sobre todo en mejorar la calidad de nuestra audiencia y el alcance de nuestra información.

The ability to analyze my Twitter account on a very granular level.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a lot that I don't like about the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to see what's missing on my Twitter account and finding audiences that I can target better.

What do you like best about the product?
The Audiense user interface is very easy to use and makes it simple and quick to unfollow users

Not really sure what else Audiense offers

Unfollowing a large number of users or being able to see who doesn’t follow you back is difficult without Audiense

What do you like best about the product?
The "Interests" analysis and the AI capabilities to identify any audience personality, highly valuable to build a powerful buyer persona. I tried many tools but there is no match for this incredible platform, very valuable for any digital marketing strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
May have a little uncertain data within very small segments in small countries or geographies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
-Certainty on my digital strategies
-Accurate Buyer Persona profiles.
-Highly accurate content marketing strategies.
-identify "lookalike" audiences for my marketing strategies.
-Identify potential new customer segments.
-Insights for paid media, influencers and platforms to deliver content.

This is a unique platform to identify and propose audiences, very important for every marketing plan, easier than using expensive market research techniques.

What do you like best about the product?
The clustering algorithms that they use to naturally segment and identify personas is advanced and delivers intuitively sound results regardless of how complex or nuanced an audience you throw at it.

The insights gained from uploading an audience into their platform are incredible and are always eye-oping for our clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
I always wish that we could predict more attributes about audience members but in most cases it just comes down to a lack of publicly available data from the audience members.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to better understand the unique attributes and affinities of audiences that our clients care about.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely worth the investment.
