What do you like best about the product?
It is the best tool I have found to link your tweets to changes in your followers, as well as helps us find influential people to reach them, it is very effective and provides information on the influence of others and how to gain followers, and It is also very easy to use
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like more integrations for other social networks; sometimes is confusing or difficult to navigate, I wish I had a little more bells and whistles, are some difficulties that the application has
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use this application to build our influence through social networks and try to gain followers and spread our brand in this dynamic field, it has not benefited in an effective way as we have obtained greater social exchange of our company.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend Audiense to any client who wants to better understand who are the people with whom he interacts on Twitter and who wants to know If you are looking to build your business from a social marketing angle, audiense is excellent.How does its content impact its followers

Affinio makes large audiences analysis much easier

What do you like best about the product?
With Affinio, you can explore common topics within an audience, and segment it according to their preferences for followers or topics. You can look closely at particular profiles of topics, and understand audiences that follow those accounts. This tool makes comparison between audiences much easier, and very intuitive. We often use to size vocal minority, for example, understanding how relevant that topic/idea is in relation to your overall audience. You can also see what urls those audience are more likely to share on twitter which gives you a good indicative of what they normally see/do when online.

You can use it in together with other tools to analyze in-depth conversation, by selecting the audience clusters and

They're also constantly making updates and improvements to different features and UI components. Every time I log in there's some cool new thing to look at or way to build a report.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't believe some of the demographic information (age and gender, for example) is very accurate, as they use facial/picture analysis for that, but at least you have a good general idea of the age group/gender for a specific cluster. It is ok if you work with very distinctive audiences.

Also, if you are analysing audiences of foreign languages (non-english) it can be tricky. You would have to give a very thorough look and compare them again, knowing well personalities, brands as well as knowing the cultural background for perfect understanding and cluster an audience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find it very useful when you have a huge set of data (+ 6M social mentions) and need to understand how this audience is connected, apart from your brand. Affinio clustering is really effective, and you can always use an additional social analysis platform to deep-dive into the conversation in each cluster. Affinio lets you download the members of a specific cluster, so you can look into their conversation and deliver specific insights.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is powerful. The platform offers a LOT. But, Affinio also offers exceedingly thoughtful guidance and personal touch while navigating it all. Tools are only as good as their intelligent and capable weilding, and the support team incredibly insures smart use.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, nothing comes to mind at all. We have enjoyed using this without any issues and the response time for questions (which come back well-considered) is fast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding *actual* (demonstrated) audience behavior without being Google or FB was formerly impossible. This tool is powerful because it allows us to listen and learn, not assume. We can understand reality and not just data spun to serve a narrative agenda.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Speak with someone from Affinio directly, and describe your needs and interests broadly (goals, not tactical /mechanical intent) and see if it is a fit.

What do you like best about the product?
It's super user-friendly and easy to use. The graphs displayed all look great and are easy to download/ imbed in presentations. Our account manager is very helpful in terms of answering questions (there aren't many as the tool is very self-explanatory!)
What do you dislike about the product?
The user numbers often differ from other platforms (often by +/- 10%). There is no instant customer service chat and the data usage is limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding which audiences are relevant and how they are connected is key for our research projects. Understanding how people within the audiences are networked helps us to prioritise influencers and size up targetable markets.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's really easy to use, just play around with it. The more experience you have, the easier it is to label up the communities!

What do you like best about the product?
I've been a long-standing Affinio customer and fan. The experience is intuitive, easy to understanding, and visually compelling. Our team has used Affinio as a valuable part of our audience analysis work. Even people outside of the data team, have become familiar and can now better utilize our team for a variety of project needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The turnaround time to receive a finished report can be a bit limiting, especially when facing quick client turnarounds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to utilize Affinio for audience work from influencer vetting, persona building, and media recommendations.

Affinio Gets Listening Right... and Is Only Getting Better

What do you like best about the product?
Affinio takes the data you need and puts the right twists and turns in, or allows you to do so. Profile types you never expected are suddenly more clear and apparent, allowing for a bevy of reactions and strategies to grow from the info within. Updates also seem to be frequent, as Affinio continues to expand its capabilities, such as working with YouTube data, a platform that is quickly becoming more and more important to my organization. Add in some great visual options that allow for a quick understanding of perspective and you've got quite the powerful tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigation isn't always the clearest throughout the platform, as tabs don't always give enough clarity or I just end up feeling lost. And it would be nice to customize certain factors (tab placement, initial analytics, etc.), but that last complaint is probably a smaller factor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team has been using Affinio insights for a lot of client consultation and RFP building. We've revealed certain customer groups to brands who were unaware, and have been able to show potential customers that we're capable of breaking down their fanbase as well as the competition's.

What do you like best about the product?
I really liked Affinio. This social listening tool was very comprehensive and allowed you to dive deep into audience segments, really teaching you a lot about your target. My favorite aspect of Affinio was the "Audience Composition" visual. It really broke down the audience into unique and identifiable segments. I gained a lot of insight from using Affinio, and I would recommend it to anyone interested in learning about their audience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I thought that the exports to PowerPoint could of been better in that the visuals sometimes did not always fit the page in regard to size and ratio. Other than that, I thought the export to PPT function was very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems I was solving were related to uncovering insights on audiences or consumers of specific brands and products. I have realized that the audience segments provided by Affinio have aided in the success of our marketing and advertising ventures and client relations.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This tool is great at learning in-depth insights on consumers or audiences of brands and products across popular social media outlets. I would recommend Affinio to all looking to do market / advertising and consumer research, 10/10!

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is one of my favorite aspects of this application. It is well organized for people across many experiences. Some tools and capabilities are intuitive as long as one is careful. Others depend on the set up. Therefore it depends much on the team's goals and expectations/. The simplicity and organization of such a powerful tool that Affinio provides reminds us that humans are essential to such complex computing analysis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much do dislike. The more one learns and works with the tool, the more he would learn about the analysis, testing crafts. Despite the easy access for people across all levels, the data limits restricts one from keep trying and learning as one goes along with this tool. That is in reality to effectively use the plans provided, certain experience is advised, I'd say.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social analysis, audience segmentations. Affinio alllows us to dive deep in multi layer reports depending on the projects. We can view information to better serve the audience and also better change our valuation of product/per customer segment.
