Great software to connect with other clients

What do you like best about the product?
Great platform for analytics and easy software to use. It makes it easy for me to connect with others . It also helps target he correct audience unlike other softwares. Best software to connect with other agencies as well! For example, for Sag Afta I was able to connect with other studios and networks for my client. It helps me discover other agencies .
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn’t much to complain about this software. It can sometime run slow but this is such a great software to use . Sometimes using influencer strategies to slight with local culture was not very useful .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me connect with other clients and target the right audience. It provides me better results of who I’m connecting with and this is very important for my company.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use when tracking theatrical analytics numbers.
Their tracking is always on point for our theatrical releases. Pulling the data is very user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The login process could be simpler and less convoluted. Interns sometimes have problems logging in to pull information for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits are tremendous. The business problem we are solving with Affinio is tracking our surveys for theatrical releases

Needs to cover more social platforms for more impact.

What do you like best about the product?
Affinio provides audience validation which is very helpful. I also find it helpful that you can explore the audience and group them based off of what they follow. The constant updates and improvements are also a huge plus!
What do you dislike about the product?
The product itself is on the expensive side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were using Affinio to solve analytic issues and consumer targeting.

What do you like best about the product?
We love the use case versatility and the incredible insights we've been able to glean through Network Graphs. Our agency has used Affinio for client industry research, to source influencers, to listen to social conversations, and to demonstrate immediate value to leads and prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pretty much nothing! A few of the Affinio-specific terms are a little bit unclear for first-time users (definitely take advantage of a few walkthrough training sessions!) but overall, we've really loved the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When we were first developing our Influencer Marketing and Earned Media offering, we needed a tool that could help us source individual influencers, industry-specific publications, events, professional associations, top-shared content, and social media conversations. We've been finding new use cases for the product since we initiated our membership.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want access to an incredibly impressive social listening/analysis tool with incredible customer support, look no further than Affinio!

What do you like best about the product?
It's a good place to start for getting analysis on segmented audiences as a starting point for building comms strats or approaches.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data can come back a little shoddy at times. Segments rely completely on Twitter data of 'interlinked communities', and segments can look similar across various searches at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick and dirty way to study the 'who' behind the 'what'
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Would be better if it wasn't so heavily reliant on Twitter.
