What do you like best about the product?
This platform provides your business with highly advanced algorithms and customizable ways to analyze your network and marketing models. It will group the common things used and show you patterns you wouldn't recognize on your own to improve the data you have available on your business.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's definitely a learning curve in figuring out how to utilize this software. The data is straight forward but learning how to input everything takes some time. You need to carefully follow each step to get the best out of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My business was able to visualize our marketing patterns much easier after using Affinio. We could see what was common through their clustering process of data.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just make sure you follow the steps carefully to get the best out of this software.

What do you like best about the product?
It has everything I need in one easy, seamless platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can take some training in order to navigate it effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The social media analytics and email strategies in order to improve the reach that the organization has. Since we are a new social enterprise we need to expand our clientele and market reach in order to do the best we can to support the women that we help.

What do you like best about the product?
Be able to see the audience of a specific analysis influencer by category.
It's great to do a more detailed analysis of the influencer in its category.
in general, it seems a very good tool for analyzing audiences and influencers
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not very clear because there are accounts that are influential in something that have no relation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Know influencers of specific categories in my country.
For me personally it is to verify if I am an influential part in some category

Analyze by categories and then to each influencer.
See in detail each topic of the audience of an account

What do you like best about the product?
some features such as data mining in Twitter but features such as direct messaging or auto messaging were taken away during the subscription.
What do you dislike about the product?
Predominantly just Twitter. Customer service truly sucks. They said they would get back within a timeframe and didn't. They put me on auto renew and when I requested to cancel they refused to. To cancel the auto renew you have to follow a link that is not available easily and that just submits a request to cancel.

Very unethical sales practice.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it auto-segments your audience based on commonalities in demographics and interests.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it dove more into the psychographic commonalities and often feel like there are large clusters of foreign users for domestic products but it doesn't help me monetize or drive definite conclusions from that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
discovering audience intelligence data to inform social content affinities and uncover competitive data as well.

What do you like best about the product?
This tool allows speedy segmentation of an online audience. This is really useful for quick and dirty research or in depth research projects. Due to API access, this tool works best for Twitter accounts but also features other platforms like LinkedIn and Reddit.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool is (relatively) expensive and only allows a single user within the cheapest subscription.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This helped us fulfil an audience research project. It also helps on new business pitches.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take a trial of the product and see if you would use it enough to justify the costs. The software is fairly unique and that's why it is so expensive.

What do you like best about the product?
Affino allows us to create segments of consumers based solely on the topics they discuss socially.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cant think of anything I dislike about Affinio
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social Listening analyses. We not only use NetBase to understand what is being talked about but we then team it up with Affinio to understand more about the segments of consumers that are saying them.

A must have twitter marketing tool : Audiense

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to follow and unfollow users, and very simple to filter followers and following based on criteria such as date of last tweet, time since you followed. It is very easy to use solution for monitoring client Twitter profiles . Receiving analytic reports, these are detailed and the social community management is nice and so easy here.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free version's function is very limited. I do wish that the free version had a few more features other than basic reporting. It was complicated at first and I'm not sure that I ever got the full benefit from it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have almost 4-5 company twitter accounts. These are useful for branding, customer listening and marketing promotion . We are effectively managing our twitter accounts using socialbro.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want to manage your twitter targetting, engagement in a very professional manner, you should try this twitter management software . It will give you in-depth twitter account analytics report.

What do you like best about the product?
At G2Crowd Platform , I am happy to see Audiense at the top as it deserves the same. It has a Very clear way to view engagement and target the most effective influencers. The Dashboard is also excellent and useful, and especially for larger accounts.The interface is so easy navigated and easy to receive analytics.

What do you dislike about the product?
Being honest, nothing is wrong here. Nothing really jumps to mind, so far all is well. It can be a little slow gathering information for reports - I often want the data immediately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am saving a lot of time and concentrating on the analysis part of the job. I am managing my multiple business twitter accounts here . It allows me to get a better idea of where they are, their gender, as well as their interests

If you want to manage your twitter professionally , this is a must have software.
