What do you like best about the product?
Tremendous scope in terms of tools available, genuinely interesting and actional insights, the fact that I can easily apply it to any campaign I work on - regardless of B2B or B2C. My clients love the reports I can present and it has real insights on the way I approach marketing campaign planning. It's also hugely valuable in the publishing sector for understanding the potential value of an acquisition and the audiences we could tap into.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly nothing. The only minor gripe I have is the segment names as they're not always reflective of the data and insights inside the segment, but you can easily rename segments as required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I frequently find myself challenged with exploring new audiences for the books I work on, or needing to deliver more impact on digital advertising campaigns. Audiense is the perfect partner for all these things and more. It essentially makes me look absolutely awesome at my job.

What do you like best about the product?
Their technology, their data, and their team exceptional. Audience offers the most robust view of consumer behavior and personalities across social platforms – insights we cannot get anywhere else. We rely heavily on these observations for both clients and new business efforts.

I LOVE the behavioral profile, the instant segmentation, and the media content consumption - it brings our media and strategy planning to the next level.

With an insights team of 35 people, I don't know how we could do without it!
What do you dislike about the product?
Practically nothing. But if I'm forced, I'd suggest the auto segmentation provide more accurate and specific segment names.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A deeper, more accurate, and more authentic view of a consumer target AND segmentaiton based on social behaviors.

The ultimate tool for social marketing campaigns

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Audiense Connect for a while now, and it's changed my approach to audience segmentation and engagement.

The platform provides a 10,000-metre view of my audience, with granular breakdowns of demographics, interests, and behaviors.

I'm very reliant on X/Twitter for social analytics and their X integration helped me level up. I love how I can export segments directly to the Twitter ads dashboard.

It didn't involve much of a learning curve. As I was onboarding, whenever I had questions, they responded quickly. They're very helpful and the Audiense product team is awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially, I was a little hesitant to go all in on Audiense due to the heavy reliance on X/Twitter, but with the recent acquisition of Soprism and the ability to now profile Meta accounts, there's not much to dislike. They have their eye on the future, and I like the looks of their product roadmap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main overarching problem that Audiense solved for me was limited audience understanding. I had no idea how surface-level previous social analytics projects were until I started researching well beyond the basic demographic limitations of other platforms.

Audiense Connect gives me a deep understanding of my audience(s), and now I'm segmenting in ways that I never thought possible.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked that it's creating dashboards and visualizations that look nice and are helpful. I also think its reach of social media users is pretty good. It was easy to integrate into our work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Demographic data seems a bit unreliable. Downloading the data in Excel is not very user friendly. The customer representatives are not too knowledgable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I tried to find high-profile social media users that talk about a specific topic - and it helped me locate those demographics via their job titles.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the data it pulls from brands, like how it clusters followers, how it creates attitudinal themes, suggested media, and social media usage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could provide better insights on social media usage and platforms formats.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me understand brands and categories based on their audiences. The benefit for the agency is to start with a blank slate and come in with much more data and knowledge for planning and creative.

What do you like best about the product?
This tool gives us very useful and important learnings about our audiences. It also allows us to adapt and make our strategy more relevant. We can also define a clear persona for our brand.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the moment, there is a limitation to the Twitter data. But I guess it is something that will be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking for a tool that is able to give us more insights regarding our audience. Also in order to improve the targeting of our campaigns. And we already see a positive impact on our results !
