What do you like best about the product?
I find it a very interesting tool to get potential from Twitter and see which segments are really interesting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The data is often inferred from those accounts that are open, so it may not be representative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Obtain the different segments we can target. Apart from getting the interest rates I can get.

Amazing and easy platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I can track my followers and engagement, and it provides me with more knowledge of my account. With it, I know who follows me back, where my audience come from and even their languages. It has become my daily source of tracking the account I spent every day on. Very good platform. Really. I recommend it to anyone who needs this type of service. Fan accounts like me will love this platform a lot and professional accounts can really make more money using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, there are some limited resources on the free version and I can't afford the full version. But I'm sure that if I could afford it, there wouldn't have a negative point on Audiense for sure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Know I know the best time to post and who likes my content. This way I can get more likes and increase my audience. By increasing my audience, I can reach more and more people. Running a fan account is not easy but my life has changed since I found Audiense.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great platform. It is easy to learn, easy to manage, and you can know everything about your account. Since teh day I found it I felt that was the right platform to stay everyday.

What do you like best about the product?
it is very exact and detailed, the usability is simple and easy to use. I would like to use always it before making a decision. Its much more complete that other apps

The free use is too short and it takes so much time to give the information, I would like to compare the differences between one market to another because sometimes I don't know which company woulb match
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A very specified, exact and detailed buyer persona according to the market i am looking to fit into, it gives me more information than i can imagine ever so it's very useful

I would say to choose the company correctly according to the market you want to see

ability to download lists of tiktok users, this helped us greatly with narrowing down and focusing our latest research piece.
What do you dislike about the product?
reliant on Twitter data, a platform that we dont use much
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have used the platform to conduct research on new platforms such as tiktok, most recently we used this to form a report for the National Education Union
Recommendations to others considering the product:
A great tool for getting to know your audience better. Taking data from platforms that you currently use and allowing you to use these learnings when rolling our new platforms, or when deciding appropriate messaging for upcoming campaigns.

Powerful segmentation tool with certain limitations

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to dive deep into specific clusters and flexible benchmarks are among the best from different segmentation tools I've used.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pre-built categories feel limited, and it's unclear how they are curated. The biggest gripe of all is the inability to write your own boolean strings directly in the tool. Instead, you need to rely on the click-and-play query making built in the platform (or subscribe to their partner social listening provider, Pulsar), making it difficult to look up something made up of common keywords.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best use case is audience segmentation for Twitter to understand better who is talking about a particular keyword or topic, and looking at not only their demographics but the handles/topics they're interested in.

What do you like best about the product?
Psychographic Big 5 model is very useful, automatic audience segmentation too..
What do you dislike about the product?
Export functionality could be better. Would like to download one file with ALL data points such that graphics can be recreated external to tool... The titles given to audience segments could also be better. Sometimes they are just a mix of keywords separated by commas or semicolons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Audiense to segment target audiences for brand campaigns and tailor messaging to pychographic profile of audience segment.

What do you like best about the product?
Desde su diseño y conceptualización, el Museo Interactivo de Economía (MIDE) se ha caracterizado por entablar un diálogo permanente con sus audiencias que le permite colocarlas en el centro de sus decisiones. Para tal fin cuenta con un área dedicada de tiempo completo a conocer mejor a sus visitantes y usuarios mediante los estudios de público, la investigación y la evaluación.

Cada nuevo desarrollo del museo parte de una profunda exploración de sus audiencias que busca satisfacer sus expectativas y necesidades. En este sentido Audiense Insights ha resultado una grata sorpresa y una herramienta muy valiosa que nos ha permitido explorar las características de nuestros públicos en los ecosistemas digitales.

A través de más de 175 variables es posible definir arquetipos de usuarios, tanto actuales como potenciales, desde un punto de vista no sólo demográfico sino también a través de sus afinidades, intereses y hábitos en línea.

Sin duda, el Museo Interactivo de Economía continuará utilizando la plataforma de Audiense Insights como parte importante de su abanico de herramientas para conocer mejor a sus públicos y brindarles un excelente servicio.

What do you like best about the product?
As a HNWI marketer, the most useful parts of audiense are: creating audience by bio/job title, email matching (when GDPR compliant), and DSP integration with programmatic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, but some suggestions for improvement include: whitelabelling option for agencies, ability to delete insight reports to make way for new ones without burdening the monthly limit, and inclusion of instagram/facebook/other platform handle audience creation. Also - you used to be able to download an audience to see their insta, myspace, fb, medium, youtube etc handles and work out % usage, but this feature has disappeared, i would like it back.

Understanding HNWI audiences and plugging it into programmatic ads.
