What do you like best about the product?
The key feature that has accelerated our internal debugging of user reported issues is the ability to drill down to the timeframe the user reported issues and identify where the issue existed then work with our internal teams to resolve the service and query that is causing user experience issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
the reporting and email reporting navigation could be better. allowing for opening items in new tabs in an easier way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identification and resolution of issues reported by end users that effect their experience.
