SentryOne is solid performance monitoring tool, helps me get right into the problem
What do you dislike about the product?
Support i think has gone down in past couple years, it doesn't use to be like when there were an independent company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps in identifying slow running queries and hard ware issues
