By far the best POS, Marketing and easy integration to QuickBooks!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to teach to my employees and they like it. My customer love Thai new features as well

There's nothing to unlike. The price is right for all the benefits my company receives

They are partnering up with DoorDash... this business is scalable. Due to my business model I can grow a lot quicker

Wish it was more detailed for just laundromats in addition to the detail for dry cleaning.

I've had several feature requests that they have been able to implement for our business.

Watch all videos, read helpful info and reach out to the support team with any questions at all. They are super supportive and responsive.

The cleancloud app is perfect for my laundromat's need, the data helps me improve my business.
What do you like best about the product?
The data from the metrics help me understand what we need to do better and if we are on the right path.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is the high cost for purchasing the SMS bundles. My customers love that features, unfortunately the price for the SMS bundle is way so expensive.

The data from metrics, and the ability to pull up a customer's record and see the consumer behavioral patterns help us make better decisions.

Cloud based pos and sales analytics is convenient

Maintenance weaker than typical saas company, they do not support for example when we face integration issues with accounting software or printer. white label app maintenance has been terrible. Had to buy a second app only to face 6 months Delays in implementation. customer succes manager extremely rude and failed to resolve major challenges

Fair price for full featured solutions with regular updates and good customer service.

Could use a fresher interface. Free website needs a few more features.

Wdf drop off, pickup and delivery ordering online and with an app.pos system.

Give them a serious look. Trail is free.
Best Cloud-based dry cleaning software that I have used!
What do you like best about the product?
Overall, I am glad I came across CleanCloud. The staffs are very courteous and helpful when I need technical help. The software is very easy to use and implement. I don't think I am ever switching to another company!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that although I can send texts to my customers, they cannot reply to me. It would be great if they would allow for this option so I can keep track of my communication with my customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like that this software is cloud-based. I get to manage my business from anywhere. I move around a lot throughout the day and I get to see how my staffs are doing (how many customers came in and placed order, for example).

If you are thinking about getting CleanCloud, just go for it! You will not regret! You will definitely get the value for your money and it will be very helpful for your day to day business POS activities!
Great Product
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to configure and use. We were up and running in no time. I really like that this is a cloud based product!

Can be a little bit of a learning curve for people coming from other products

Works great for no-contact customers. They just use the pay online option and come pick up their clothes when they are ready
