What do you like best about the product?
The way how it grades all calls very accurately and gives me descriptions
What do you dislike about the product?
it doesnt grade spanish calls or other langauges
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it is ending people not following their own script (sticking to the script) and that helps a lot with consistency

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I am able to review call scores with my team members and really dig in on why a certain person is not performing.
What do you dislike about the product?
For now, I dislike that it does not have a way to translate in languages, or read multiple languages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Invoca helps me find mistakes that our employees make that cause them to underperform.
A platform that actually gives valuable insights
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to use and understand. The client success team is terrific. I was impressed by the training and onboarding process as well, which was thorough and well-structured. The Invoca team takes the time to ensure their clients understand the platform and all its power.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint is that I know there are a ton of features we don't fully maximize.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Invoca gives us insights into how well marketing channels are performing and what our actual conversion rate is. Since migrating from Dialogtech to Invoca, we now lean more heavily on the call metrics within the platform, so we have a better understanding of how well our call center team is handling inbound calls.
Easy to use, good insights, helpful team
What do you like best about the product?
The dashboards and tools are easy to use, and many team members are very helpful there.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if you could segment calls by both location and campaign in the dashboard for easy visualization. Dynamic number insertion for more than just Google would also be ideal.

Better conversion tracking and attribution.

Near real-time data, customer journey insights, AI signals, unique experiences for specific customer segments.

Lack of customization within the stock dashboard solution

Providing my team with actionable insights, quickly. Instead of waiting for weekly reports to refresh, we can watch data as it is coming in

very manual process and we've had some issues with spam calls

Invoca allows us to have more insights into how print assets are performing as well as which pages on our website are generating the most calls
Love the ability to track leads, see the outcomes, and coach the team.

Recordings of the phone calls, different reports where you can see the leads that you convert.

Not anything noticeable that I would say I dislike the platform, it works well for what I need it for.

Coaching my team on phones, tracking my marketing dollars
Invoca helps me easily track actual conversions and tie them back to specific initiatives
What do you like best about the product?
Invoca's call listening AI makes me more confident in our conversions and the easy integration to marketing platforms makes attributing conversions to specific tactics painless.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting features could be a little more intuitive. The account I work in has two profiles and sometimes it is difficult to decipher what call data is coming from which profile. The filtering tool is also a little confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Invoca is helping me be more confident that I am optimizing towards actual conversions that will more likely lead to sales down the line, rather than phone calls that are a dead end.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a very powerful, reliable platform that we rely on daily to route customer calls to our business. The Invoca team, and especially Suzanne Newhouse our Customer Success Executive, is highly supportive and informed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that you can only "pause" campaigns that you no longer use. You can't delete them. It's a bit "untidy".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Invoca is enabling our business locations to easily connect with customers and prospects and it provides us with valuable metrics we track.
Great Inbound Grading process for the most part on our end !
What do you like best about the product?
How much information it shows off the call as well as how it transcribes all the calls and how you can fast forward and click in one area of what they were saying
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes its hard to find a call with not being able to search by phone number but other than that great system.. it could use a search area to make it quicker to find a call
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our inbound grading system and it helps by having red flags on things our reps shouldnt say and having key words in the system helps make sure they are doing what they need on calls.
