the relationship that we have with our Incova reps no ask is too, and they always make sure we are set up for sucess

If you are looking for a tool that tells you why people call instead of ordering online, this is the tool.
Invoca has been incredibly easy to understand/navigate.
What do you like best about the product?
As a reports specialist, I love the ability to filter and download reports and schedule them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't run into any aspect of Invoca I don't like. I know I can rely on our support team if I run into issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are reconciling our call data from Invoca to AT&T to ensure the completeness of our call data.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ask plenty of questions during the implementation/onboarding phase. The onboarding specialists are incredibly knowledgeable.

What do you like best about the product?
Their ability to answer questions and help with any customer-related issues on time is Invoca's strength. They provide world-class customer service and get back to their clients promptly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that comes to mind when thinking negatively about Invoca.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Setting up Bundles was initially a challenge. But with the help of Invoca representatives, such as Heather, Katie, and Haley, I overcame those challenges.
An innovative tool
What do you like best about the product?
I liked that the tool was able to identify trigger words that will help provide us valuable sales data on team member positioning and also provided us with customer objections (I.e. if a customers mentions a competitor name)
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found any dislikes with the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We currently have a team of 8 quality analysts to review 1-4 calls per week per team member, unfortunately they cannot listen to every cal like invoca can and provide us with with transcripts for quick reviews.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I cannot wait for the invoca tool to be implemented in my pet of the organzination. My colleges speak highly of the tool and it's ease of use. I would absolutely recommend this tool to friends and others who are interested.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to use call data to inform business decisions and enhance the way we optimize our campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have ran into a couple issues with data not matching up 1:1 between Invoca and SA360 (or not totally clear on how data should show up within the external platforms).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems we are solving are what are the typical durations of calls that turn into leads and what channels are they coming through.

Tracking all calls, rather than randomly selecting a few calls

Visibility and accessibility to use the tool across our team are not fantastic.

Reviewing basically all calls rather than selecting a random few.
Invoca is very helpful in getting the pulse of your business.

That each call is ledgered by date, time, and in order.

I have not been able to search for a call by phone number.

I can go back conveninetly when its quiet and I have time to see how my team is doing.
Great New Feature!
What do you like best about the product?
Invoca always has quality presentations filled with a ton of helpful information. The presentation style flowed well and provided entertainment along with an extensive rundown of the features the new product had to offer.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was no live Q&A function to the presentation. Even though the presentations were not live, it would have been nice to have a chat function with someone in the chat answering questions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Invoca in a multitude of ways. We use it to track all of our calls, utilize the signal function to flag certain aspects of calls, and use the Invoca for Sales feature better to integrate the marketing team with the appointment services team.

Very simple to use. Easy to navigate the site.

Nothing. All of our employees enjoy using this service.

We're able to listen to and monitor incoming calls to see that we're using the right techniques. Appointments are up.
