Best platform out there for Pay per Call affiliate programs!

What do you like best about the product?
Invoca is a great platform for managing affiliate programs, finding and maintaining strong affiliate networks, and delivering profitable pay per call campaigns. The support staff is wonderful and always willing to go out of their way to help you become more successful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to manage call flow by time of day. Other than that, the platform is a slam dunk.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Invoca allows us to develop strong relationships with publishers and gives us the ability to track campaign profitability in real time!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Invoca offers a trial which is a great way to evaluate the platform before making an investment. The support staff is wonderful, lean on them heavily for implementation and configuration questions!

What do you like best about the product?
I love the clean and simple layout and the reporting is very easy to understand. Listening to call recordings and filtering out data is easy to do and I can automate reports to be sent to partners. The RingPool technology is a game changer and helps us make better decisions with these campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've been seeing some fraud issues with increased robocalls and it's difficult to see how widespread the problem is. We have to manually listen to call recordings to see if it's dead air or beeping on the other end of the line. If there was increased visibility into this that would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to use the RingPool technology with our affiliate partners to track how many users click through to our landing page and make a call from there vs. calling from the ad placement on our partner's page. We can also capture valuable parameters that helps us optimize traffic.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Invoca is a great tool to use to help optimize campaigns and gain better insight on what is happening on the call.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to see what I need to see and big business value early. Easy to consume reports and evaluating calls has been great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much - a little longer setup than I hoped for. Other than that, it's been a great start to the platform and I am excited about the future roadmap and integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The recordings have brought some issues to our attention that we can work on fixing. Reporting is much nicer than our previous reporting.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely worth checking out and evaluating.

What do you like best about the product?
Our company is growing rapidly, and has gone from 17 to 24 locations in just 1 year. We needed a system that would appropriately distribute calls based on location and Invoca does that.
What do you dislike about the product?
As most online systems are, they push you for a sale sale sale sale. And you finally buy and kind of throw you to the wolves. They do have a training period after the initial purchase but it wasn't long enough. As you play around with it more, more questions arise that you didn't know to ask during the training, and the support is not responsive. I had a question that took about 2 weeks to have answered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to distribute leads based off location instead of several different phone numbers. We are also tracking analytics online with different phone numbers.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to track down to the asset level, the signal functionality, the service we get with our onboarding rep, the reporting and the ability to tag offline assets
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't found anything that we particularly dislike yet, perhaps the user flow. Set up of the UI could be more intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving for call tracking on direct response campaigns to determine if our phone calls resulted in lead gen.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use interface & great features like call recording, etc..

Not much. Integration with Analytics was a little tricky, but it was mostly on me for not reaching out to their support earlier

What do you like best about the product?
DialogTech has the full range of features you'd want, call attribution for digital campaigns and complete analytics & reporting. Best of all is the responsive DialogTech team that is available to help with any need that might arise.
What do you dislike about the product?
All the pesky competitors trying to take my business away from DialogTech. Ain't gonna happen!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We track calls to a major client from their web site, as well as from print and other advertising efforts. It's a great way of demonstrating our success.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how robust and flexible the system is. We're able to get our calls routed / answered in a variety of ways - which helps our customers get better support and helps us making better decisions internally.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the user interface complicated / overly complex. There are a lot of menu options and I'm not always sure how to navigate what I'm looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're now able to route calls to both of our businesses through phone trees and hierarchy that ensure important calls do not go unanswered. We're able to report on the calls our staff members are taking, or not taking, and use that insight to make better decisions.

Too tough to understand the features and billing.
