Two Years of Use So Far

What do you like best about the product?
Customer service and customer support is superb. We receive prompt answers. When it is necessary for them to research the answer, we do not have to follow up to get answers - they always contact us with answers very quickly. We have never been more pleased with a vendor.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer service and support is limited to normal business hours but we are a 24x7 operation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Phone system flexibility and data integration at significantly lower cost than expected and than we were already incurring.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Put it in limited use during a trial period to learn the system before installing company wide if you are a large company. Smaller companies will not need as much transition due to training being easier.

What do you like best about the product?
The Support is great. Always friendly, always helpful. The product is good as well. Reasonably easy to use once you get it figured out.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't really think of anything off the top on my head.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using DNI to track leads and listen to calls to see two things: 1) Are the client's people dealing properly with the callers, 2) Hearing why the caller clicked on our PPC ad, and when the reason is wrong we can adjust keywords to keep others from doing the same.

What do you like best about the product?
Dialogtech support is awesome - By far the best feature about it. Pricing is also great for the features you get - For many SMBs, expensive monthly pricing is just out of the question (an unnecessary)
What do you dislike about the product?
N/a Honestly, it does what it says and when it says it will - No complaints here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Closing the gap in data, what sales and traffic are coming from where - Providing more value and showing our value to clients.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a try! For easy call tracking, and dynamic number insertion - Dialogtech is worth its weight in gold. This isn't even taking all of the new features into consideration.

Great Technical Support

What do you like best about the product?
The Dialogtech support team is so great to work with. I have called so many times and every person I speak to on the team is well trained and can answer most of my questions on the first call. If they can't, they get the resources they need and get back to me very quickly. I would highly recommend Dialogtech.
What do you dislike about the product?
The major disadvantage for us is there is so much functionality that it is very easy to miss one thing that can cause problems with phone calls to salespeople. That is a plus and a minus.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Dialogtech for two primary reasons. We have it integrated with our CRM system so that we can measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and more specifically pay per click key words. We also integrate it with our CRM to record calls and measure sales effectiveness.

The reporting options are limited. I would like to have more friendly report platform.

Tracking calls and getting email notifications is essential for measuring performance as well as coaching the sales team.

Take the time to set up all the features. It is worthy.

What do you like best about the product?
Dialogtech has made client marketing easy to track. I can send my clients call detail reports with attached recordings and that helps a lot with transparency. The reporting is great and customer service is superb. User friendliness is important to me and especially important for my clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Updating their systems can sometimes disable important features that make my job easier. A quick call or email to customer service usually solves the problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking marketing for our clients is a big part of what we do. Being able to show them results benefits us greatly.

What do you like best about the product?
how specific everything is in all the different sections of invoca and they are always there to help you with any questions. I'm very new and don't know what I am doing exactly however they lay it out in a way that I can at least explain what I'm talking aobut and someone has been able to help me for the most part. You can have multiple aspects to why your using this program so that's also a unique and cool feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
There Is not an actual book with all the user information to study off from or a class to just go and take. I'm new to the whole affiliate marketing thing so it was a bit overwhelming at first because my company is an advertiser, and affiliate and he has campaigns so it's just a lot all at once to take in but I'm doing the best I can. Like I explained to my boss, I want to know why I'm pushing the buttons not just running through the motions. So I can really use invoca to it's fullest potential .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are turning the leads that we paid for but didn't convert so we can try to use them in other areas of our business, at a no cost because we already paid for them. I'm learning soooo much in just the short time I've been learning about it. Invoca is not only a type of data collection but allows you to work with other affiliates and advertisers to get the most of your campaigns so your call center is running suburb.

Do your homework before you dive right in there is so much that you can do with Invoca

What do you like best about the product?
DialogTech is perfect for what we need. The service allows us to set up phone numbers for individual needs for our campaigns and gives us insight into what campaigns are working best.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing can be a bit confusing at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our client has multiple mediums providing leads throughout the month. We are able to provide insight to the client as to what is working and what needs implement month over month thanks to call tracking.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Research your options, but make sure you contact someone at DialogTech with questions. I was confused about their pricing and their customer support really helped me understand.

What do you like best about the product?
The staff is very helpful and their responses to emails have always been prompt, friendly, and professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say that I dislike the user interface, but I do think there's room for improvement.

This is an affordable and comprehensive way for us to track our clients' marketing efforts, and is much easier to use than their competitors.
