What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexibility and ease of being able to stand up the out of the box sales tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
The naming convention and some of the functionality of the subpanels.

The entire client experience

I love the very bodies of sugar and how many acts I can take in it. It also functions for several departments; accounting, marketing, administration, customer events, client services, office manager, etc

The software uses a lot of memory when producing reports and speeds the down the system and even sometimes crashes the program
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In terms of usability and efficiency, SugarCRM is ideally suited to our company. It has a customer-friendly mobile app that gives us maximum versatility on the desk or in the field
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I will really suggest selling sugar because it's a powerful and efficient tool that helps identify purchases and leads. This helps us to configure the tool according to our needs

What do you like best about the product?
It is a CRM that has covered the needs we had in the company. It is an easy to use and manage CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price, although not the most expensive CRM, is a large investment that sometimes makes investors nervous.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are still in the Business version, but soon, we will upgrade to the Sugar Sell version in order to use SugarBPM and define our own business flows

What do you like best about the product?
Getting started in a giffy with a full fledge CRM has not been so easy, Sugar changed that experience by making it is quick and easy to explore the functionalities at a attractive price.
Plus, the module concept in Sugar makes it flexible to configure features quickly.

Turn around time for new feature implementation from Sugar has to be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sugar has streamlined the sales process by bringing about the transparency and efficiency in the process.

Good CRM software to get started with and easy to configure.

The price is still the biggest selling point.

The user experience of the portal could be further improved. Also, it feels like too much white space is on the portal screens

We have brought the entire quoting process into Sugar and have also customized SugarCRM to build-out contracts based on the products

Needs more flexibility in the back end of customisation

Back end gets cluttered - things are named wrong but this cannot be changed
SugarCRM is very good but lacks local support in Brazil.
What do you like best about the product?
Its has all the features (maybe even more) than Salesforce.com but it is more affordable.

Lack of local support. Same difficulties and costs associated w/Salesforce for integrating into legacy systems.

Budgetary and time restrictions for hiring local consultant for intregration project (obviously this is not Sugar´s fault).

Professional tool to get the job done - Sugar Sell
What do you like best about the product?
Sugar Sell is an extremely flexible CRM solution that can be easily customized and provides very robust reporting. It efficiently manages our customer's data and helps in tracking leads, manage customers and track interaction progress of interaction with customers. Sugar Sell is easily accessible and I can easily access Sugar Sell via its IOS application and perform operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes while performing heavy tasks the tool becomes very slow and slows down our system and we have to relaunch the Sugar Sell. Almost all of the modules can be modified, however, a few of the modules aren't customizable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been using Sugar Sell to track leads, utilize marketing automation, customer relationship, opportunities, and projects. It gives us a full overview of the information that helps us in improving our relations with customers and improve our business process.
Most Flexible and easy to use CRM - Sugar Sell
What do you like best about the product?
Sugar Sell really makes it easy for us to track leads, sales account and manage customer accounts. The tool is extremely flexible and is capable of performing large data operations and complex tasks. We can easily create tasks and associate them with almost anything in the Sugar Sell system and set reminders for the tasks to easily follow up with the customers. The email automation feature is one of a very powerful feature of Sugar Sell that helps in sending email campaigns to our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
While generating reports the tool consumes a lot of memory and slows down the system and sometimes even crashes the application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sugar Sell helps our sales department staying in touch with customers and know what is going with all of the customers. Sugar Sell has great functionality and helps us track leads, sales management, and customers. Sugar Sell is the perfect solution that can solve our customer relations needs.
