What do you like best about the product?
The adaptability of sugar has revolutionized how we run our operation. The custom reporting has allowed us to analyze data in new ways never before possible. The ability to custom build modules to manage non-traditional CRM functions like our maintenance crew have allowed us to elongate other third party ticketing systems!
What do you dislike about the product?
The email and marketing automation does not fully fit our requirement. We have a short sales cycle so we need a fast nurture program that allows us to close leads within 48 hours. We have found work around a bit it needs additional functionality to best suite our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to have a very manual process of understanding where our leads came from and how our employees were converting. We had bad data, low accuracy and often redundant information. Sugar has resolved all of these issues with automatic lead building through lead source and method of contact.

What do you like best about the product?
Sugar CRM is the best management software. The one of the most important thing in this software is that it is the best tracker and it provide the great platform for marketing. This software is also best for a dealer, it deals with the customer for the better way and also easy for all customization. This software is the best for reporting, it gives us the best details for our accounts and also deal with the better and in a more efficient way.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is very expensive software and also difficult feature. The one biggest problem in this software is that it is very expensive so most of the people use another software because it’s all features are very outstanding and we cannot understand these features. It provides the bad service for our clients and we cannot give the more detail of the customer account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This software is one of the best management software. We can use this software for our business work and also easiest way to deal with the customer. It’s all features and function are outstanding and also very useful. I recommend this software because it is the best tracker for marketing, sales and financial purposes.

What do you like best about the product?

Without a doubt, this is one of the best tools to track our potential clients and recurring clients.


This allows us to be aware and monitor their actions and participation in our business and thus design, create, develop and implement campaigns that allow us to capture them in an easy way.


With this platform it is very easy to track prospects evaluating each interaction with customers, generating a detailed and organized historical record.


It is perfect for us and our business dedicated to marketing, since with the application we can determine what strategy or campaigns to develop to capture new consumers.

What do you dislike about the product?
The experience with Sugar CRM has been very, very good. We have no complaints or disadvantages. The only negative aspect, which is correctable, is that sometimes it is difficult to generate reports or export data. Everything else is customizable, friendly, and intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Like any business, it is important for us to stay close to our customers, know their opinions, and be able to attract new customers easily. We have managed to measure the level of impact of our advertising campaigns through this platform, and we have also been able to determine the marketing management carried out at the network level as traditional. It is totally integrable with other platforms, which facilitates obtaining better results, and best of all, it has helped us identify our clients and thus divide them into segments much more easily.

What do you like best about the product?
This is the best marketing software and provide the great platform for our customers. This software is best dealer, we can deal with the regular customer by using this software. The one most important benefit is that software, it is the best reporting software for all functions that we use. It is also a best tracker for the business, and it is very fast software. It is the great software for management, and it can easily manage all our data and documents in a more efficient way.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one of the biggest problems in this software is that it can easily manage all of our data and documents, but our system create serious problems and it cannot be managed in a better way. This is the best marketing software for business but sometimes it can't provide the best market price for customers. This is an expensive software and most of the people can't afford this software.But this is very useful for us and easy.

This software is almost best because it is very easy to use and it's all features are outstanding and easy. It is expensive but it has great ability to provide the best security of our system and deal with the costumer. What do you like best about the product?
I like it because it ensures that the relationship management with my clients is more personal, offering them an individualized experience in each interaction, it is a versatile and intuitive platform that offers me a set of functions that have been adapted to the Organization. I love the benefits of sales automation, marketing and customer service as the main offer in a single package easy to implement. I configure it quickly and easily, which allows businesses to develop a customized CRM solution compatible with all the needs of the Company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike a little the fact that the processes are not fully automated, so I have to use many clicks, the marketing and sales processes lack the tools for updating potential clients where effective business management is affected. Technical support and customer service could improve them to provide better advice. Another negative point in my consideration is the module for generating reports, it is not detailed as required in the Company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits in the Company using Sugar CRM have been multiple, the fact that the information can be managed effectively is wonderful, This has allowed to enhance personalized communication with customers. Complex projects are also managed daily. The sales, marketing and services teams have been able to collaborate throughout the customer's life cycle, to provide more valuable experiences, each based on predictive insights, without the inconvenience of manual data insertion. We can have a product or Fantastic service, based on a digital transformation strategy of maximum impact for the Company.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend the use of SugarCRM because it is a very flexible platform that will offer you an intuitive user experience, this will allow your businesses to create their own and completely personalized approach to build solid relationships with each of their clients. You can fully automate the processes as it is an open source application, which means that the source code of the application is available to any user, developer or customer of the product. Use the source code to easily customize the product.

What do you like best about the product?
Good CRM tool. It helps my organization to streamline sales, marketing, and customer support. A marketing system is quite good it helps to organize different campaigns through the advertising methods. It is easy to use, the user-friendly, flexible, support system is also good. It has its mobile version also which makes it the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not cost-effective, You need to feed the inputs very fast to save. Caps lock can only be used. The user interface also needs to be improved. Sometimes bugs are also observed that are not solved easily till you update the same.

It is suitable for both large and small scale industries. It fulfills the needs of customer management, marketing, advertising, customer support. It covers all the platforms related to sales in general and global business.

What do you like best about the product?
SugarCRM is an efficient business management tool. It is a powerful tool for management and customer service. It helps to get informative reports and it is suitable for small and large organization firm. The best part is this tool can be accessed through the mobile platform and SugarCRM is a cost effective tool for small and large size organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some feature not possible to integrate with the social platform and a little bit complicated in customization section.

SugarCRM solved issues like transparency in database reports. It's good for track report status, accounts and sales. Overall it helped us to work as seamless and grow our organization too.
