What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use it is a CRM solution that can be molded around a companies scope of business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not well known their is a longer learning curve when new emp start due to the product being not as well known as Sales Force.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Can be highly customized.

It’s inexpensive but Definitely not like a more expensive CRM operates. The user interface feels a little bit unsophisticated, certain features and functions such as forecasting deal difficult to understand at first glance, and in general is just does not feel like a very sophisticated CRM like salesforce it gets the job done, but it’s definitely not my preferred product. It

What do you dislike about the product?
Definitely not like a more expensive CRM operates. What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using this for sales pipeline and forecasting. People enter their sales figures and forecast targets and we calculate quarterly sales on the basis of it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It’s definitely a viable alternative to using other more expensive see arms like salesforce, it has plenty of features and functionality, but the user interface is just a little bit clunky feeling and not super intuitive.

I like the fact that it is so convenient and has basically all and any access to the world.

The thing that I would have to say that was a negative impact would just be that the natue of it almost practically gets you addicted

A customer management solution that fits our small business needs
What do you like best about the product?
For a platform geared towards small business, over version of SugarCRM is really powerful and helps us to many a wealth of data and communications. The layout and various pages in the user portal are sleek and easy to navigate. We can store all of the data we need about our customers and track sales pipelines, calls and other communications. The email marketing feature is one of the most effective sales tools we have. There are great templates that let us get emails design and out to leads and clients in very little time. The templates are usually very nicely designed and allow for modifications to help fit our specific requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've seen the list of features of many CRM platforms out there and find that there will usually be certain things that some platforms have that others don't. I've read about a few email marketing features that are more customizable and automated in other CRM platforms that I would like to see in SugarCRM. I still like SugarCRM's email capabilities, but it's probably not as full-featured and intelligent as other CRM platforms that seem to be geared more towards email campaigns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The metrics and other feedback information in our SugarCRM account really give us the upper hand when it comes to analyzing our overall sales and marketing efforts. We have access to solid numbers data, along with more textual feedback from clients, that gives us a meaningful picture of our current state with a road map to actual actions. We see a good amount of increased efficiency when it comes to using the SugarCRM platform compared to not using it. It's a platform that isn't extremely confusing to use and can be implemented for almost every type of campaign and product we launch.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
SugarCRM seems to be one of the more powerful CRM platforms that can also be used with comfort by small businesses. By comfort, I mean the usage and pricing aren't beyond what I think most small businesses can handle. Any CRM can likely make your business run more efficiently from many angles, but I think SugarCRM is particularly good for its price and can be a good value for your company.
sugarCRM is too useful. it is too easy to get any information you want without IT person.

it is possible to create automated business processes, and develops high values of sales pipeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
for me the cost factor. it is too high for a small organization. they may not afford sugarCRM.

SugarCRM is a very robust tool and very easy to use. Creating and editing reports is very easy, It's UI is very nice an intuitive and navigating throughout the tool is very easy. SugarCRM is highly customizable and can be customized as per our needs.

Reporting UI is very outdated and needs a new design.

We use SugarCRM for tracking converted leads, up-sell opportunities, managing customer journey and account management by our Support Team.

What do you like best about the product?
It is excellent to check captures of potential clients, as well as to distribute them and segment them to our liking. It has excellent prospecting tools, and allows us to review the follow-up of each interaction with customers according to an organized historical record. We really like your marketing system, with which we can organize different campaigns through the advertising methods that we decide to implement. Another pro for SugarCRM is your good email editor, based on the WYSIWYG system.
What do you dislike about the product?
With regard to the management of budgets and offers, the platform has many limitations. For example, it does not allow lists to be carried, nor does it allow for informative analyzes. SugarCRM does not offer enough models for email marketing, and its tracking of customer referrals is usually very limited. Your landing page management system is slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This platform has given us enormous advantages in the management of our advertising campaigns, and also with the management of social marketing. Its excellent ability to integrate into social networking platforms has made it much faster to work within them, and its client evaluation system allows us to segment them more comfortably than before.
