What do you like best about the product?
Pipeline management, “Start My Day” screen and touch to call feature on mobile app.
What do you dislike about the product?
Changing meetings and calls from “scheduled” to “held”.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pipeline management, call tracking & database management for contacts.

What do you like best about the product?
I thought the software was very easy to use and customize to our processes. For a small company, it was the right price and had great support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I thought there were some issues with integrations that required support or extra costs in order to integrate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great CRM for Sales/Marketing along with Support tickets.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the dashboards and the customization
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike having to refresh all the time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using SugarCRM gives the opportunity to better plan and forecast. It also gives our entire team more visibility whether they are on the road or in the office.

What do you like best about the product?
The customization makes it perfectly moldable for my company and it can be done in house. Fantastic tool for all departments from sales to marketing to customer support
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the automatic workflows are a bit more clunky in lower versions and the email campaign engine lacks ease of use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of a data loss when an employee leaves doesn't happen anymore. We have client history all in one place and it saves time and money. Having this info also helps us hold more meaningful engagements with our clients.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The flexibility and customizations available to you and your team will make your lives so much easier! SugarCRM is a seamless addition to your current software.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity of this this, it is a good CRM competitor. It is a good low cost solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a little bit clunky. not as smooth as it could be. the integrations with other systems is nice but it could integrate with more systems like e signature tools or other erp systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy customer information access.

I would highly reccomend it

Ease of use for day to day and also training purposes for new employees

Issues that take a while to fix because it is a custom software

We are keeping all data in one place and we are able to use this system across all departments of our business. We have realized that this is keeping our business organized

What do you like best about the product?
Great multi-user interface and easy to view full customer access among other users with permissions. Also creates secure access among others.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is similar to Salesforece.com but has less features. Difficult to obtain proper training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Use to log customer calls, quotes, orders, pricing and tracking
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Similar to salesforce.com and is still progressing. Would be helpful if you have someone already familiar with the product and it is not the greatest of user friendly options

SugarCRM CE - Powerful, but you gotta know what you're doing

What do you like best about the product?
We use SugarCRM CE companywide. From sales and marketing through product support and development.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not at all intuitive, you really need to know how to get under the hood to get the most from SugarCRM.

The separate modules (targets, leads, opportunities, contacts, and accounts) are independent so converting information from one level to the next is manual and often creates duplications of effort.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to properly set up our prospecting and sales funnel workflows.

SugarCRM CE integrates with InBox25, our marketing automation system.

Accounts that are customers can also be managed in SugarCRM

What do you like best about the product?
I like the functionality of the CRM platform in day to day situations. My team uses it on a daily basis and it allows us to collaborate with our front office partners in real time and provides all users with a singular place to store projects and information. The collaboration ability offered by this product has cut down on time spent trying to figure out a situation and allows team members on all sides to grab work and run with it to reduce any potential downtime.
What do you dislike about the product?
The email functionality built into the system has many flaws and can be very difficult to navigate for those who are accustomed to fully functional email platforms such as Outlook. The ability to modify HTML content is lacking and the email module could use an update to bring it up to par with other email platforms in its space.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to communicate more effectively with our off-site partners and it allows multiple team members to share and pick up work. This functionality helps us to reduce downtime and to work more efficiently in all aspects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure that email functionality is not a main need and everything should move smoothly.
