What do you like best about the product?
The mobile interface. The ability to combine all of the customer information into one platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The CRM platform is not too easy to use. I found myself lost more than twice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to connect all of my apps in one place. Easily trackable

What do you like best about the product?
The standard that everyone says - it is a great tool for the sales force. We area learning more each day on its benefits.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have to turn around and purchase the business card app,
then I have to turn around and purchase the Call Tracker.

What will be next?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The organizational benefit for our sales force is exciting to watch them grow with the program.
It is giving the sales force more time to do their job.
It is looking to be a very good organizational tool for them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I feel this software has potential to help our company. We have not fully launched it yet, so the jury is still out.

Sugar is a great one stop shop for storing any accessing our customer information.
What do you dislike about the product?
We run an outdated version of Sugar. Nothing wrong on your end!

It makes time management that much more easy to stay on top of.

What do you like best about the product?
Not much compared to other CRM's. It's very bulky, hard to navigate, and inferior to others on the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's outdated. If you populate notes in a lead file, you will then have to populate in the contacts field. Why would you not have it accessible to both?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None

I love the ease and use of Sugar and all the info that we can put in.

Sometimes Sugar does time out on us, but it could just be a IT issue on our side.

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is quite simple to interact with. Adds tremendous value whenever you need to coordinate your sales activities and plan follow ups together with visibility of your prospects, accounts, opportunities and pipelines.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reports can be not as friendly as they are supposed to be
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pipeline creation and thorough follow up to increase your sales and enhance your sales procedures.

Would recommend it to anyone that wants to add more control into their sales cycles and sales plan.
