What do you like best about the product?
The ability to unify message to multiple stakeholders
What do you dislike about the product?
We have a limited staff. At times feels like we may need a CRM expert on staff.

One resource to unify a large ISD school service.

Smooth, adaptable system

What do you like best about the product?
The reporting is really clear and easy to use. We have been able to adapt the system to meet the requirements of our business and integrate with other products. We now use the system wholly as a lead management system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Linking with Docusign has been a really difficult process. Some of the reporting lacks features like viewing in percentage. Lead to order report should be a readily available report.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Productivity within the team - less manual input as everything is ready to go.

What do you like best about the product?
How flexible it is and how we have been able to adapt it with ease as our business has grown. For example we have added extra modules in-house, somethign I haven;t been able to do with other CRMs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost, but you are paying for a quality product and the suport that comes with it, is well worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All our leads automatically go into Sugar Sell, with te exception of inbound tel leads. This benefits us because it means nothing is missed and our lead to order conversion rates are acurate.

What do you like best about the product?
It's basically seamless integration, specially for our business which is highly dynamic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer support may vary depending on the sales contact in turn, intense and non-standard payment collection management that puts the business operation at risk promoting app suspension.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can now call our customers by name, this helps us to improve customer satisfaction and fully map our customer journey.

Keeps track of everything and helps keep things organized - as is the goal of a CRM
What do you dislike about the product?
Not very customizable, year long subscription required. Not very intuitive or user friendly as other CRM platforms are.

Easily manage sales, trends, forecasts, etc. Fully customizable to your specific needs.

They go through alot of upgrades and even though it is for the better, it takes time getting used to it.

What do you like best about the product?
As an admin, I love the flexibility of creating dashboards and reports our sales representatives need. Sugar Sell also has incredible support for optimizing our usage through customizations and troubleshooting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see greater implementation of no-code solutions for running more complex reports and customizting views for users. As we move to more no-code softwares, some parts of Sugar Sell seem a little outdated despite working well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sugar Sell gives us the ability to visualize and pre-filter data giving our users only what they need rather than forcing them to navigate customer information on their own.

Easy to learn, difficult to master

What do you like best about the product?
Sugar is loaded with features and things you can do to accomplish virtually any sales pipeline needs. Their support team is relatively quick to respond to questions too!
What do you dislike about the product?
The abundance of features can create a daunting scenario during implementation. They do offer setup services but they are a bit pricey. The documenation is vast, and there is a community forum, but I've found it difficult to always find exactly what I'm looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To give our sales leadership team the ability to track the entire sales team performance, activity, and also do future prospecting. Without Sugar, we'd have no way of tracking calls, meetings, emails, etc. It also allows us to integrate Calendly to record scheduled meetings automatically.
