A canvas for creativity
What do you like best about the product?
It is an easy tool to use. Canvas + your thoughts scattered or structured, It doesn't matter. I have worked this tool into pretty much every workflow that I have.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a dislike but some sort of collapsible feature would be nice. Text heavy entry could be condensed down to a single node with id_name. May already exists and I don't even know it. It wouldn't surprise me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its is an easy way for me to take my scattered thoughts and chaotic brainstorming sessions that lived only in my head or in 30tabs and 10 different folders and visually see them. The ability to articulate those scattered thoughts and ideas in a manner that others can better understand is a massive benefit.
Interactive and Engaging Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I like the interactivity and easy to share , comment, etc..
What do you dislike about the product?
very slow... crashes all the time. can't handle large files
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
real time is great for meetings
Easy to Use, Great for Sharing and Timeline Planning
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, ease of sharing and working together on the same bord. It's the only program I work with for planning with timeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
it sometimes takes me a while to adjust some of the lines when creating a timeline
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps visualize yearly planning and any use (org chart) that is harder to create on other tools
Great for Visual Planning, Needs Text Improvements
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro mostly for personal planning, lectures, and brainstorming with clients. I appreciate its ability to provide a better visual understanding of situations and create a focus on important things. I really like the features such as flashes (arrows), notes, and the roadmap and Kanban views. These help me represent problems and solutions visually, both in a static way and in a time perspective. I also found the initial setup very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Readability and text formatting are limited. Often it's hard to stabilize the font size, and long phrases don't display well on the canvas. Sometimes, I need to reformulate phrases to shorter forms without a simple way to keep a developed form nearby, so people can understand better when they have questions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for better visual understanding and focusing on important things. It helps me represent problems and solutions visually, both statically and over time.
A Flexible Blank Canvas for Organising Ideas Your Way
What do you like best about the product?
It essentially provides a blank canvas that you can simply start to put down all the random ideas you have about a topic or subject and then over time organise it in whatever shape or form. This can be through arrows linking aspects or with Khanboards and more formal structures
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes be a bit difficult to navigate between projects or activities, especially when I’m involved in multiple ones through the company I work for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am responsible for a group that has to focus on multiple technical aspects across a complex project. I prefer the freedom of the environment Miro provides to help create a management and tracking environment of all aspects of my team and what we are responsible for. Sometimes I find task tracking software a bit too siloed and too rigid in their structure. With Miro I can put down all the topics, area and activities we are working on and over time start to interlink and organise them. The inclusion of more formal structures to track progress is very helpful. I also enjoy being able to physically see the extent of activities and topics in front of me.
Ease and Efficiency with Miro
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Miro is the ease and simplicity of use. It's very simple to select some objects to make my implementation, flowchart, and architecture simpler, so I can explain this to the client as well. Additionally, the initial setup process was very simple and I was able to create my notes and flowcharts without difficulty.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe that the organization of the boards in relation to teams could be improved. This is a point of attention, but it does not hinder my experience with Miro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to create flowcharts and architectures, which contributes to the results of my work. The ease and simplicity of use allow me to explain to the client.
Flexible Tool with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Miro for all my projects, like mind mapping and planning business moves, and even for personal projects like creating a collage of car parts. The organization tools in Miro are great. I really enjoy the ability to add links to sticky notes, which I've been using a lot. It helps my ADHD brain map out everything in a simple way, making it easy to follow and understand. If I need to change something, I only have to adjust one sticky note instead of a whole file. I use Miro alongside my real estate managing software to share information with my team efficiently, which is wonderful for keeping everyone informed about the company's next move. The transition from Google Teams and WhatsApp group chats to Miro has been a huge upgrade. Setting up Miro was extremely easy, and once I got the hang of all its UI features and organization tools, I was amazed by how easy it was to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I can only manage up to three projects on my free plan, though I think the paid version probably solves this and I'm planning to switch soon. Also, the sizing can be a bit confusing at times. I really wish there was a dark mode because either I can't see the black components on my board with a dark background, or it's hard on my eyes since I mostly work at night.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to plan projects and organize my ideas, which solves my problem of losing random files on my computer and reducing clutter on my desk.
Miro is one of the best collaborative tool for teams requiring real-time presentations.
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Miro makes it feel easy and natural to bring ideas to life visually. It’s like having an endless whiteboard where everyone can jump in. I do a lot of workshops for clients in advertising, and Miro helps me collaborate in real-time, note taking on the Miro Board becomes so much more easier because anyone can do it in real time. I use it almost everyday.
What do you dislike about the product?
The design aspects are a little limited. The movement of the frames can be hard to navigate and one might accidentally move a whole bunch of stuff without meaning to. It's a little tricky to use, not as seamless as other softwares, but it can export the board quite well for other softwares.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Real-time note taking is a primary use-case for me. Imagine a whiteboard on which everyone can collaborate on at the same time. Usually, when you have to take live notes on the screen itself, you'll have to exit the slideshow, take a note and then enter the slideshow mode again. That botches the customer experience as I conduct multiple workshops with clients in-person. Miro completely eliminates this issue.
Infinite Canvas & Seamless Collaboration for Fast, Structured Workshops
What do you like best about the product?
it makes it easy to brainstorm, map processes, and align stakeholders in real time. The infinite canvas, ready-made templates, and seamless collaboration features help teams quickly convert ideas into structured workflows, especially during workshops, requirement discussions, and solution design sessions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Managing versions, controlling access, and keeping boards well-structured over time requires discipline, and without that, navigation can become difficult. Additionally, some advanced features are restricted to higher pricing tiers, which can be limiting for broader team adoption.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves the problem of distributed teams struggling to collaborate visually in real time. It provides a shared workspace where ideas, processes, and discussions can be captured and refined collectively, regardless of location. This benefits me by enabling faster alignment during requirement workshops, solution design discussions, and stakeholder reviews, reducing ambiguity and rework while improving decision-making and overall execution speed.
Simply the Best
What do you like best about the product?
Very good in creating process flow diagrams, very user friendly, UI/UX is very good
What do you dislike about the product?
After using Miro I am not able to use any other products as Miro is very good
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves the problem of fragmented collaboration, especially in distributed or cross-functional teams. Traditionally, ideas, requirements, and workflows are spread across documents, emails, and meetings, which leads to misalignment and loss of context.
