Streamlined Workflow with Easy Usability
What do you like best about the product?
I like Miro's usability and ecosystem. It resolves the manual need to create a flow because the preset templates set it up for me. I appreciate using blueprints and templates, especially for the ease they provide when doing lots of the same sessions. This ensures sessions are streamlined and follow the same repeatable process. The initial setup of Miro was easy enough and very user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the select function - it can be jarring to press this to not move around notes on the page.

Interactive, Secure, but Occasionally Laggy
What do you like best about the product?
I really value Miro for its interactivity and seamlessness. It's so easy to use in design, which is something I appreciate. Plus, it's aesthetically pleasing, which makes working with it enjoyable. I enjoy having a variety of options for elements to add to a board, and the security features give me confidence that our space is protected. The initial setup was straightforward, and I found the account creation process simple, with no issues since.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it struggles handling lots of content and lags quite a bit sometimes.

I don't like how embedding Miro boards within Confluence pages looks rubbish. I'd like to reduce the noise on the iframed boards presented elsewhere.

Even my boss, who used to insist meetings required face-to-face interaction, seems to have taken a liking to the sticky note style. By happily adopting it, we've achieved asynchronous meetings, freeing up valuable time.
Effortless Visualizations with Flexibility
What do you like best about the product?
I like the visualizations, the ease of use, and flexibility for multiple scenarios. Miro helps me show what we are doing in an easy way that doesn't take me a long time to create, which is especially valuable for presenting to leadership. The ability to create high-level, easy visualizations is particularly beneficial, as PowerPoint or other tools have limited space, and Miro is more flexible in this regard. The initial setup was very easy, as all I needed to do was sign up and then set up a group for our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the ability to create more than 3 boards under the free plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me easily show leadership our campaign flows and audience segmentation with clear, concise visualizations. It's flexible and saves time compared to other tools like PowerPoint.
Easy to Use but SSO and Load Times Need Work
What do you like best about the product?
I find Miro easy to use once you're in, and it's quite visually simple to follow. Miro makes it easier to use than other options I have available in the corporate environment, especially when compared to software like Google Suite, which doesn't really have a good process flow software.
What do you dislike about the product?
The logging process is very slow and cumbersome with the SSO integration. It can also be quite slow to load, especially when you have larger boards and many people are trying to collaborate. Integrating Miro into slides can be buggy, and it's often easier to just take a screenshot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to display complex processes visually, making it easier to understand and navigate than other software options available in my corporate environment.
