Great Planning Tool—Needs Shot List Templates

  • August 30, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The variety of templates makes project planning (like go-to-market) quick and easy. For video shoots, I build visual shot lists and map sequences right on the board—even without a pre-made template.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dedicated shot list template and some features take time to learn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me keep project and video planning organized in one place. I use templates to kick off big projects like go-to-market plans, so I don’t waste time starting from zero. For video shoots, I can quickly map out shot lists and sequences visually—I just drag and drop what I need. This saves me a ton of time and makes it easy to spot gaps or ideas, instead of juggling a mess of docs and notes.

It is incredibly easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how we have various ready-made layouts at our disposal and how intuitive it is for us to work with. It allows me to work directly with my team on various projects, and because of that, I use it practically every day.

Moreover, whenever it was necessary, I always had the necessary support from the Support team, and it is quite simple to implement, with various features and easy to integrate with other tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe that pricing for Brazilian companies can be a difficult point to manage, especially because it can lead to high investment considering the currency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manage processes and work on team enablement.

Great for brainstorming and flows. My creative space 🚀

  • August 27, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro almost every day to brainstorm ideas, create flows, and organize my design thoughts. The endless canvas gives me freedom to explore concepts visually, and it helps me connect ideas in a way that simple notes or docs can’t. It’s my go-to tool whenever I need to think out loud in a visual way
What do you dislike about the product?
When many people edit at the same time, the board can get overwhelming and hard to follow
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me organize messy ideas and turn them into clear visual flows. As a designer, I often need to brainstorm concepts, map user journeys, and structure projects in a way that makes sense visually. Instead of keeping notes scattered across different tools, I can keep everything in one place and connect ideas on an infinite canvas. This saves me time, keeps my process structured, and helps me move from rough sketches to real designs much faster.

Miro: A Whiteboard That Really Helps with Remote Collaboration.

  • August 26, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
My team and I can brainstorm in real time with Miro – the digital whiteboard is highly interactive, and the templates save me a load of setup time when I’m workshopping, planning a project, or just mapping out ideas. Also big on its integration with Slack, Teams, and Jira – I don’t have to jump between what feels like totally disparate platforms. It’s honestly replaced about three services for me project management boards, shared calendars, even ‘normal’ presentation slides.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, when there are too many sticky notes or people working on it, it just feels messy and slow, especially on slower connections. It's more work than I'd like to bring on new folks who have never used digital whiteboards before. And wow, if only there was an offline mode or a really, really lite version that you could get to quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For my distributed team, Miro has solved the biggest challenge of staying aligned and engaged wherever we are working from. What used to take hours of follow-up emails for workshops now takes everyone being on the same page to execute. I’ve also tried other things for example, MURAL or even Google Jamboard and I find that Miro just feels more robust. I feel like it’s more catered toward day-to-day collaboration and huge ‘client in the room’ type of sessions.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our organization uses Miro for creating meeting whiteboards to make things easy. We use it to demonstrate.
