The best planning and brainstorming App
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most Miro is a variety of tools like sticky notes text shapes but overall the magnetic alignment that keeps the diagrams are always in order
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, maybe the incompatibility of imports like, you cannot ask ChatGPT or another AI to write code and then paste or imported to Miro as you can do with PowerPoint or Excel with VBA
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool helps me keep all my ideas organized. As a programmer, it allows me to effectively plan out the code I intend to write.
Changed my way of brainstorming and explaining processes
What do you like best about the product?
it is so easy and intuitive. it's like using a piece of paper
What do you dislike about the product?
would be useful if there were more tools to make visual graphs but other than that i really like miro
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
structuring my thoughts, brainstorming in an easy and visually appealing way. basically taking notes when i dont have paper (or i dont want to use paper because then it's a mess). I also use it to make product feedback to our internal teams and to explain processes to my sales team
Great platform
What do you like best about the product?
I love the platform and the idea of this as a brainstorming platform. There's lots of different ways to visualize what you are trying to put on paper to build out.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently since I'm still learning it's overwhelming how many templated there are that it's a little hard to try and visualize a few brainstorming ideas that look good on paper. The user ability is something I'll eventually grasp but not being able to use my scroll feature on my mouse if a big learning curve. You can use just not the normal way you would until to select that option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At this time I don't know of any problems they are currently solving since I'm still newer to the platform.
A Major Asset in Client Engagement
What do you like best about the product?
Even as much of my facilitation work has transitioned back to in-person, Miro is the perfect support for all client pre-work, design conferences, data review, and also documentation after the event. The graphics are regularly praised by clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little challenging for new users to grasp so I tend to use for engagements of more than one meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping groups carry out planning and sharing their thinking in a visual way
Great easy to follow tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Arranging the graphs is very easy, also there is a lot of graphic material to elaborate whatever visual aid you need!
What do you dislike about the product?
Well some features are just a little confusing, like I wanted to know how to export a PDF and took me a little while to figure out I had to create a frame, but nothing too complicated
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing, hyperlinks to documents, visual aid
Miro non disclosure
What do you like best about the product?
I like Nothing about it and would not recommend
What do you dislike about the product?
Impossible to contact the survey group used by Miro
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I voted against buying this software but other\owners voted to purchase.
Amazing platform to keep my projects organised
What do you like best about the product?
The infinite board feature allows you to organize complex projects all in one location. You can create moodboards, design workflows, plan sitemaps, or sketch out timelines, all next to each other. This setup provides a comprehensive overview of your work, ensuring you never feel restricted or crowded by limited space.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s great for collaboration, but sometimes takes a bit of learning to organize things neatly and keep everyone on the same page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organising and keeping things neatly
It is a great app to use at work place environment.
What do you like best about the product?
It is easily sharable with all the colleagues at the organization. The shared board helps every one work on the project at same time. I think it has multiple options and multiple things to offer and work with as per the requirement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it acts up, and it's frustrating that we can't undo things or get the results we want. It doesn't always work the way we expect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration made easy
Positive experience, the platform has a lot of tools to leverage in day to day activities.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability for multiple people to collaborate easily on one item. Additionally, the tools available within the platform are very powerful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Enterprise pricing is expensive, and the board organization is a bit sloppy once you have accumulated several boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro has provided a collaboration space for our team that didn't exist before.
Essential Tools for Any Team
What do you like best about the product?
The thing I value most about Miro is the ability to bring the whole team into an inclusive shared space which has a low barrier of entry for even the least tech savvy among us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Compared to some other tools I've used in the past, the absence of UML language support is a detractor, especially where we have a lot of technical concepts which we would like to share visually. Without support for UML markup or Mermaid, this means I have to manually add and arrange all of the elements. A.I. doesn't quite fill this gap on it's own.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is our go-to platform for nearly all forms of visual communication, be that whiteboard in a meeting, a space to organise information and activities in a workshop or to capture complex business flows or technical architectures. In short, we couldn't do without it.
