Convenient space for sharing ideas
What do you like best about the product?
* easy to use
* very fast
* a lot of space for creative in an every board
This is great for a small teams when working on collaborative ideas remotely and simultaneously.
It is convenient to store the entire project description in the form of diagrams in one place.
Anyone of your team members can make edits and discuss any details of the schemes in real time.
It is evident that the RealtimeBoard team really tried to make a quality product and they got it.
Separately, it is worth noting the system of familiarization with the capabilities of the board, it is gorgeous and intuitive.
I have been using this product for about two years now and have never had any failures or complaints about working with it.
I'm grateful to the RealtimeBoard team.

It would be great if this tool has the ability to restrict access to an open link through the login password.

What do you like best about the product?
It's free. You can add as much as you want to a single board with basically infinite space, all for free. The software is on any device! And actually works beautifully on the apps just as it does on desktop. The integrations and apps it works with is super convenient, especially if your work is already based on the web. I manage mobile apps and websites, the wireframes and screenshots are very nice! Being able to add my team to work in a board with me is crucial. Basically this is everything I have ever needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The templates and starting up from scratch can be a bit complicated. Unless you already have a visual idea of how you want things to look, you might get overwhelmed and end up with a messy board-space. TBH... I'm not a fan of the name realtimeboard ;)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work with a remote team, and we need to stay in constant communication and understanding of our projects. Realtimeboard allows us to accomplish our goals as if we were working on them in-person.

You need to try it! Take some time to visualize how you want to keep track of things and then dive in!

tools, features, cooperation, sharing, the visual part of the product. It looks modern

zooming works not good enough in the browser. It's are not native. I'm not sure how to write it correctly

Easy to use for mind mapping, create job stories and any other boards/tickets
Excellent collaborative blackboard for teaching.
What do you like best about the product?
This software is easy to use, it is an online blackboard that has a set of tools among which are the multicolored pens with which I can highlight information. In it I can create and upload PDF and PPT files, it also integrates with the google classroom and allows me collaborative work, where I can assign a pen to a colleague or student so that individual contributions can be written down. Being a professor in the area of biology and chemistry, I use it mainly to teach distance learning and clarify the different doubts of my students through previously established consultations without having to travel to the educational institution allowing me a good dynamic. I recommend it, the best blackboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is usually slow to start what hinders the collaborative system, in addition a student can erase the board without any restriction by eliminating the progress of their peers which can create annoyance among them of the rest I have no problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since the blackboard is collaborative once established the dynamics in the group allows to dictate classes on certain topics and clarify the doubts of my students outside the classroom which has represented a significant advance in their academic performance.
Being a new tool for me, I have recommended it to other colleagues to know different opinions and then to consider the use of it as an instrument within the institution.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
It has a free version that is currently used, this tool allows me to select between different styles and colors of pen, and at the end of the class download the information in PDF format avoiding its loss.

I like speed, it's faster than all same product which I have ever seen!
What do you dislike about the product?
I want to use more templates, for special blocks for example. I can create any blocks in few minutes, but ready blocks will be better

I create easy moqups without dynamic and link to pages or elements.

Easy to cooperate, good for building different models, ideation or retrospective sessions. Nice to have all those templates that can reframe your routine if you stuck.

There's nothing i really dislike. Sometimes i just messing with gestures but its on me.

I love the visual whiteboard idea for team collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Realtime team collaboration, Visual management and best performance. I also like the idea of plugins and more creative aspects but it can be improve. There updates and versions features lists, descriptions and videos are helpful too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Templates are basics and some plugins are not competitive. Also I tried to support Realtime Board in many aspects but they might don't need FREE support. :)

If you want to enjoy the real collaboration based on the visual, secure and fast, you have found the right application.
Amazing tool, a lot of integrations and facilities for collaboration.

All the integrations with different tools in the cloud market. Excellent for research, share ideas, maps, images, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the momento, nothing. I would like an integration with Redmine, is the main tool that we use in our company for project management.

Organize information about benchmarks, researchs, prioritize ideas, models etc. Do Maps, To do stuff an share and a lot of ways.

If you need something to put and organize all your ideas (text, images, maps, structures...) and real time collaboration RealtimeBoard is an excellent option.

Video calling is available only on group accounts. Very few Cyrillic fonts

Try the trial period and you will not be able to refuse from this tool! Start with training tips, immediately try working on the same board within the team - you will see how easy and convenient it is!
Great for synthesis work, synthesis sharing and remote collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I like the frames feature which lets you present your sticky notes and synthesis in digestible, presentational chunks. It is also super performant in the browser. It feels native.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly have not found something to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A way to digitize our design synthesis work after our physical synthesis and then share it easily with others. We will also export PDFs of this work and store those where relevant in our file system.
