Collaboration Made Simple and Fun

  • October 01, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The real-time collaboration feels almost like sitting in the same room, jotting down ideas on a shared whiteboard. I also love the freedom it gives—whether I want to brainstorm with sticky notes, map out user journeys, or organize complex projects, everything feels fluid and visually clear. It makes creativity and teamwork so much easier and a lot more fun.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don’t love as much is that sometimes the boards can get a bit heavy and slow to load when they’re packed with a lot of content
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem Miro solves: Traditional collaboration tools often make brainstorming, planning, and teamwork feel disjointed—ideas get scattered across documents, emails, and chats, making it hard to stay aligned.

How it benefits me as a user: Miro gives me one unified, visual space where I can capture ideas, map processes, and collaborate in real time with my team. It saves time, keeps everything organized in one place, and makes working together feel effortless and fun, no matter where everyone is located.

Visual Collaboration That Inspires and Delivers

  • October 01, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that Miro allows me to visualize and map out ideas effectively, providing a space to work collaboratively. Its capability to create custom visualizations and workflows is extremely valuable. The integration with Google Drive and Airtable facilitates smooth information sharing and coordination. Miro's platform enables effective brainstorming, letting me see and share what's inside my brain with others effortlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it quite absurd that Miro lacks a feature to link multiple arrows to different spots at once. Having to manually drag and drop each one without an option to select everything and drag over seems ineffective and time-consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to visualize and share my thoughts, facilitating workflow understanding, brainstorming, and scaling in my AI company. It allows collaborative planning and connects visual workflows to our processes, providing valuable insights.

What do you like best about the product?
I’ve had an excellent experience using Miro for team collaboration and project management. One of the things I love most is its flexibility - it allows me to create both boards and slides, making it easy to organize teamwork and prepare presentations all in one place, really easy to use.

The collaborative features are fantastic. Team members can contribute in real-time, leave comments, and vote on ideas, which makes decision-making much smoother. I also appreciate the wide variety of ready-to-use templates, which save time and inspire creativity for brainstorming sessions, workshops, and planning meetings.

Overall, Miro has become an indispensable tool for our team, helping us stay organized, engage everyone effectively, and bring ideas to life visually. Highly recommended!
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to see more options for editing text in tables - make it bold, italic, add pictures, etc

For us, Miro is a collaborative workspace, giving everyone clear visibility and real-time participation.

Awesome and Handy Product

  • October 01, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro has been a total game-changer for how our team works together. It’s like a giant digital whiteboard where everyone can throw in ideas, sketch out plans, and build things together—no matter where they are.
The best part? It’s super easy to use. You don’t need to be a tech wizard to get started. Whether we’re brainstorming, mapping out user flows, or just organizing thoughts, Miro gives us the tools to do it all in one place. And watching teammates add sticky notes or move things around in real time? It’s oddly satisfying.
It also plays really well with other tools we use—Figma, Slack, Jira—you name it. That means less switching between apps and more time actually creating.
If you’re looking for something that brings people together and helps ideas grow, Miro’s the way to go. It’s not just software—it’s where our best ideas come to life.
What do you dislike about the product?
Performance tends to slow down when boards become very large or are filled with a lot of content. If your team uses a lot of sticky notes and creates complex diagrams, you may experience some lag. Another drawback is the limited offline access. If you lose your internet connection, you also lose access to Miro, as it relies heavily on the cloud. This can be inconvenient for people who often work in areas with poor connectivity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it provided a quick tool for brainstorming and rapid wireframing

  • October 01, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really like Miro for its openness and versatility, which enable us to enhance collaboration and creativity in product development and other projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I occasionally find that Miro’s interface can get cluttered on large boards, which can make navigating complex projects a bit challenging. However, the platform’s flexibility and the excellent community templates help us manage projects effectively and unleash our creativity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps solve challenges around remote collaboration and organizing complex projects. By providing a flexible, visual workspace and access to community templates, it allows our team to brainstorm, plan, and develop products more efficiently, while fostering creativity and alignment.

Great software

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy and simple it is to use. I use it almost every work day, for planning and for process diagrams. Super easy to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike, I just wish they had an AI feature to help speed up my process of making process diagrams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problems Miro helps me solve is around:
1. Communication with stakeholders, visuals are always easier to digest vs blocks of text
2. Efficiency, it is super easy to use and it streamlines my process of white boarding, customer journey mapping and collaboration with other team members.

Miro from ideas to implementation

  • October 01, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
That is easy and intuitive to use, it also has a great number of features that not only allow me to do basic idea drawings but also to do some schemas related to databases and hardware configuration.
What do you dislike about the product?
That doesn't zoom in into a specific section of the board when I select it, cause when my board is full is a bit difficult to navigate scrolling all over it. So would like to have a feature for easy zooming into a specific section.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to have clarity of the ideas that we discussed with other colleagues, it's also collaborative in a way that many developers can redefine the mapping structure at the same time. It's a good tool to have visual diagram documentation-

Sometimes, the boards can get too big and that can impact speed and performance, but usually there are no issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can work collaboratively on any creative project and have a hub of information so everyone knows where to find what they need, what progress has been made and who is doing what.
