Very useful tool
What do you like best about the product?
I use it mostly for team retrospectives, and also occasionally for mapping out user journeys. I appreciate the open ended nature of the tool, general ease of use, and the ability to browse templates for inspiration, and customize them at will.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the main pain points we've really had have been related to login, particularly when trying to organize a large group. Although I've found just setting open permissions temporarily during the meeting to be a pretty good workaround, provided there's nothing too sensitive in the doc. Love the voting feature, although perhaps it could be a bit more intuitive. I sometimes find myself fumbling with it a bit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, I'm using it mostly for scrum team retrospectives. We've been doing a sort of modified lean coffee retro format, and I've found Miro to be an effective tool for facilitating that.
The best collaborative tool for brainstorming and lo-fi prototyping
What do you like best about the product?
The way to manage access to files.
Performance, compatibility with browsers

What do you dislike about the product?
Inserting other canvas (Miro-files) to the board and the way to navigate between those elements are painful.
Most of templates from library are too generic and don't help.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Product management Knowledge storing (we keep there the results and current statuses of all hypotheses and tests)
2. Data transferring to other teams and setting up tasks from business and product to design and development.

Great for sharing your ideas!
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to use, and it allows you to share your ideas with others.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can only paste GIFs, not videos, and when you paste links, the video doesn't load.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for sketching sessions and to share ideas with others.
Good - A few tweaks will make it great!
What do you like best about the product?
Collaboration across team members, especially in different offices.
What do you dislike about the product?
i wish there was more editing options for photos/images - Mirroring, black and white, etc. It would be helpful if Miro would warn users if the frames are outrageously large, as I've copied in other things from previous Miros and they have come in comically small. I assume a larger images/text/frames uses more memory and can slow the miro down. I've ran into issues like that a handful of times. I also wish it was easier to rearrange frames for presentations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving design problems. Its beneficial to have a collaborative tool to be shared easily across all of our designers in various offices.

What do you like best about Miro
Miro is very intuitive and easy to understand, which made the implementation smooth. It helps to clearly visualize different types of tasks, with plenty of colors and shapes for complex schemes. I like that I can easily share boards with my teammates, and the customer support is reliable. The tool integrates well with other services, and I use it a couple of times per week without issues.

What do you dislike about the product?
At first, the interface takes a bit of time to get used to. Also, there is a limit on the number of free editable and shareable boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro gives me a clear visual overview of processes and helps to map the entire customer journey. When working with colleagues, we can quickly build new branches of the journey or rework outdated schemes, which saves time and makes collaboration much more effective.
AI-Powered Creativity Unleashed with Miro
What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love Miro because it provides everything I need in one place, allowing me to be more strategic, especially in product development. Its AI features are insanely powerful, transforming ideas into detailed diagrams effortlessly and enhancing my clarity and speed in brainstorming and presentations. Miro fosters a sense of community and collaboration through its platform, inspiring creativity by connecting users with the Miroverse. The setup process is super easy, with a user-friendly drag-and-drop interface that feels like a vision board. Miro makes everything organized, and integrating it with platforms like Zoom keeps my workflow efficient. It has drastically improved my productivity, connecting me with brilliant ideas and creators within its thriving community.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see a folder feature in Miro similar to what is available in Milanote. This would allow for better organization levels within my boards and enhance the way I can structure my business projects. Additionally, I wish Miro had an option to generate presentations directly from a board using AI or automation. This feature would be incredibly useful for transforming brainstorming information into structured presentations efficiently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro gives me clarity, speeds up my growth, saves time with AI-generated diagrams, and centralizes ideas for strategic development, enhancing productivity with organized, easy-to-use tools.
Great tool for Mechanical Design
What do you like best about the product?
I saw a Youtuber using this software for a mechanical design project, and I instantly went about researching what it was. I discovered Miro, and I really like it. My favorite thing about it is its ability to be an endless e-white board, on which I can paste any note, picture, idea, and format any brainstorming session. I use it to document my design and iteration progress, and I frequently refer back to it. It's very easy to use and very intuitive, at least for the whiteboard features that I use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main downside is I can't undelete boards if I don't have a paid subscription. Last time I deleted my board on accident, I had to get a free trial, undelete, then cancel my free trial. Not sure why they wouldn't just allow that functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me keep track of all my ideas, prototyping, and progress. It gives me and easy platform to make diagrams.
My Experience with Miro
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is an excellent tool for teams that need to collaborate and brainstorm in real time, especially when team members are not all in the same location. Its intuitive, visual interface makes it easy to map out ideas, organise thoughts, and create interactive boards that everyone can contribute to simultaneously.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only drawback is that the free version limits the number of boards you can create, which can be restrictive for larger or ongoing projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro addresses the challenge of remote collaboration and brainstorming. When team members are spread across different locations, it can be difficult to brainstorm. Miro solves this by providing a virtual whiteboard where everyone can contribute simultaneously, no matter where they are.
Collaboration and visability
What do you like best about the product?
We use Miro to track our inventory of over 250 refrigerated trailers across our 6 branches. Everyone in our office uses Miro several times a day to track or manage trailer rentals, and we also use it to create our daily notes, as it is a collaborative document. The App makes it easy to operate in the field, and the real-time updating is awesome. There is no lag, so people can be in and using Miro, as our ownership can see things in real-time, regardless of where they are. It has totally reduced the stress as everything happens collaboratively.
What do you dislike about the product?
The login is a bit cumbersome for us. Since we are in it all the time, I wish there were a way to make it more intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Formerly, we had huge 5'x8' whiteboards on all the walls of our customer service office. We used magnets and dry-erase markers to track inventory. Each time a trailer was delivered, moved, transferred, or sold, someone had to physically move, create, or discard a magnet and write a note. The boards needed to be audited several times a day, and they added to our unproductive churn. Also, at the end of each day, we took pictures of each board so the owners could be updated, and the person with the emergency phone could look at a picture of a board and try to discern what was and what was not available. NIGHTMARE!
