Miro, a new way to think and plan as a team
What do you like best about the product?
Miro has proven to be a very useful tool for organizing ideas and projects within the team. What I like the most is the flexibility it offers: you can start with a blank canvas and use it for both quick brainstorming and planning complex processes.
The feeling of freedom when moving elements, connecting notes, or creating flows is quite natural and helps make meetings more dynamic. Additionally, the fact that several people can work simultaneously on the same board makes it a very powerful alternative for remote collaboration, almost as if we were all in the same room in front of a physical whiteboard.
The amount of templates and guides available in Miroverse is overwhelming, and it's easy to find examples of a model or project to follow.

What do you dislike about the product?
As a negative point, I would say that sometimes on very loaded boards, the performance drops and it becomes less smooth. Even with those details, the overall experience is very positive and it seems to me to be one of the best digital tools for visual collaborative work.
The desktop client on Mac is sometimes a bit basic and, for example, it doesn't allow you to fill in system passwords when it asks you to log in after an update. It also doesn't allow you to manage the tabs of the open boards.

Miro makes collaboration and brainstorming effortless
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is one of the most versatile collaboration tools I’ve used. The infinite canvas allows teams to brainstorm, plan, and visualize ideas in real time without restrictions. I especially like the vast library of templates for retrospectives, customer journey maps, and wireframes, which makes it easy to get started quickly. The ability to comment, tag teammates, and integrate with tools like Jira, Slack, and Figma makes collaboration seamless even in remote-first environments. It has become an essential part of workshops, sprint planning, and design sessions.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can feel overwhelming for first-time users due to the sheer number of features. Performance sometimes lags on very large boards with many elements, and exporting boards in high resolution could be more user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it heavily for mapping customer journeys, which makes it easy to visualize every touchpoint and identify pain points collaboratively. Instead of static presentations, everyone can contribute in real time, which leads to better insights and faster decisions. Beyond that, it helps us run workshops, plan sprints, and document ideas in one shared space, ultimately improving collaboration and reducing project turnaround time.
Productivity with Miro
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is an excellent tool for getting started, particularly when facing a blank page during project planning or product ideation. The option to quickly drag in a pre-made template and customize it to fit your specific needs is extremely useful. Miro is easy to use, even for beginners, and I tend to use it frequently for various tasks like note taking, meeting planning, requirements capture, refining documentation. The ability to integrate with other apps like Jira cards is great. No issues with customer support and is easy to implement and get started
What do you dislike about the product?
The process of creating cross-functional flowcharts could be more intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overcoming the 'blank-page syndrome' is much easier when brainstorming ideas with this tool. The AI-powered feature that speeds up converting items from one format to another not only saves time but also provides valuable insights.
Highly flexible tool for brainstorming and documenting processes.
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how simple it is to create clean and professional process diagrams. In our work, we often use the process flow components, and we display supporting information in clearly organized reference tables around them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Whilst there are version history features available, they aren't very prominent and therefore my team don't tend to use it. Without it when reviewing what has changed it's very granular and difficult to get an idea of what has changed without looking at each individual change. Would be great if automatic versions were created and could be easily previewed/ compared, perhaps with an AI summary to describe what's changed since the last visit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It enables is to easily document and review processes to ensure we are aligned, and to give us a clear reference point throughout projects.
Miro freshman
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy and enjoyable to use. I find it simple to be creative with, and it helps me avoid having lots of loose post-its or scribbles everywhere. For me, it's like having a digital scribble pad.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything to dislike yet, as I'm still a freshman.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making mind mapping digital and making visual maps.
Visual Organizing with Effortless Ease - A Must-Have

I love that Miro works perfectly for organizing both my studies and work-related matters. Its visual cleanness and organization make it fast and easy to comprehend tasks. The straightforward setup, guided tutorials, and ease of use are fantastic. I value the ability to change colors and shapes easily, helping me organize thoughts visually. The automatic connections in mind maps simplify my workflow by creating visually appealing representations effortlessly. The premium version's offering of more boards is a significant advantage for my needs.
What do you dislike about the product?

Great tool for flowcharts, training, and client explanations
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Miro for over a year, and it has become part of my daily workflow. It is excellent for creating flowcharts that simplify complex topics, making it much easier to explain ideas to clients and external stakeholders. I also rely on it for building internal training material—its collaborative features and intuitive design help keep sessions clear and engaging. Overall, Miro is a powerful and reliable tool that consistently adds value to both external presentations and internal knowledge sharing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features take time to master, but the learning curve is worth it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me simplify complex topics by turning them into clear flowcharts and visual diagrams. This makes it much easier to explain ideas to clients and external stakeholders. It also supports me in building structured internal training material, which saves time and improves knowledge sharing across teams. By using Miro daily for over a year, I’ve been able to communicate more effectively, onboard colleagues faster, and ensure that both clients and internal teams understand challenging concepts with ease.
Very intuitive and great tool for online brainstorming sessions
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to create different tools on one board: mapping processes and creative brainstorms. Easy to organize remote/completely online sessions.
What do you dislike about the product?
it would be great if it was able to map processes worked out using a MIRO board using AI (in my experience the outcome wasn't great).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting a team who is working remote/online - enabling creative sessions together
Useful tool, but you get much more out of it if you know how to use it properly
What do you like best about the product?
The capabilities it has to be used for a wide variety of purposes, from engaging presentations, team planners, mindmaps and explorations, and reports unhindered by the usual page dimensions. It's easy to do the basics, which I do frequently, and it's easy to share links in teams / email with others and integrate it into meetings. Being able to track the presenter or an individual is useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not the most intuitive tool and it can be slow to load and react depending on your internet connection. I feel I'm only scratching the surface of what it can do and i'm not sure how to do many of the things i've seen others do. I wish i was more pro but I'm short on time to learn how to get more from it. I can sometimes find it hard to locate boards too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing research findings, plans, and planning as a team. Viewing and feeding back on designers work too.
Smooth collaboration and facilitation
What do you like best about the product?
It goes beyond boundaries of slide tools for storing and organising a vast amount of content
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all customers have adopted to Miro. For them traditional tools might be more familiar.
