Using for diagramming technical and process flows
What do you like best about the product?
Miro has been good for diagramming both end user processes and technical details.
New AI features are occasionally useful - it recently saved me some time on creating an ERD.
New AI features are occasionally useful - it recently saved me some time on creating an ERD.
What do you dislike about the product?
More user friendliness and flexibility in some features. For example, being able to set the dates on the timeline feature without having to scroll through one month at a time.
Also wish there was the ability to integrate natively with more applications without needing to use a third-party Marketplace app.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaborating and aligning on requirements and processes; technical documentation
Overall a great platform for daily tasks
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is incredibly easy to use and very intuitive, making its implementation and integration into my daily activities seamless. I use it every week, primarily for creating RE tables and diagrams related to software development, especially during the preliminary architecture phase. So far, I have never needed to reach out to customer support, as there are plenty of helpful videos available, and the platform itself offers useful tips and hints as you work. That said, there are still many features I have yet to explore. I anticipate that I will need to contact customer support once I begin integrating Miro with other applications, such as Jira and Slack.
What do you dislike about the product?
This might be a rather specific need, but I was searching for a particular functionality or template that I couldn't find in Miro. I was hoping for a platform that could visually represent the relationships between software elements, including complex many-to-many connections. I tried to address this by using RE tables, diagrams, and use case descriptions, but it would be much more effective if I could integrate all these elements into a single, unified view. Ideally, I wanted a feature where clicking on an item would highlight only the possible paths related to that item, while the app would blur out the irrelevant or impossible paths. This kind of interaction could potentially be implemented with something like 3D mapping views.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool has helped me with software diagramming and understanding the relationships between different software components, which in turn allows me to explain these connections more clearly to my software development team. Overall, I would say it has contributed to improving our communication.
Non-EPD use case so much easier than Google/MSFT
What do you like best about the product?
Presenting in Miro is 10x easier than in Google or MSFT native tools. Great for collaborating with customers on timelines, POC criteria & progression, and documenting technical needs. Far better than a google doc or google slides.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love if i could do ChatGPT/Claude style work directly in Miro. If i could use information I populate on the miro page to create a presentation for me (include brand colors, sort of how claude will create you the HTML and publish it) it would be very natural to do it here bc Claude's presentations, although awesome, are not easily shareable or good to present on live calls as it looks too much like you had claude do your whole job (AND claude makes a ton of little mistakes that are very difficult to fix quickly)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
makes building presentations that usually take me 45 minutes down to 10 minutes. Taking notes on calls in front of customers help capture and connect complex ideas far better than doing it on a google doc, notes or other text first tool.
Best tool for collaborating to create SOP
What do you like best about the product?
The best part is that it is integrated with all the EOS tools and systems. This makes it easier for me to add to my Ninety.io app where we share our processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like it to be integrated to my Ninety.io app or Google Calendar for tasks that might be added.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating processes in a collaborating matter by allowing my co-workers to work at the same time on our mapping.
Friendly interface and easy tool to visually represent ideas.
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is a tool I use in nearly every project when I need to visually represent processes, thanks to its easy and user-friendly interface. You can learn how to use it in about 30 minutes, and it makes sharing with colleagues or clients straightforward. I find it especially useful for illustrating workflows, such as automation steps and conditionals. I appreciate the 'post-it' notes feature because it's visually clear that these are just notes and not necessarily part of the workflow itself. Miro is an excellent way to communicate with clients or users to ensure everyone is aligned on a solution before building, or when analyzing existing solutions, as it allows them to see the conditions, options, and results clearly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe the AI tool requires several improvements. Each time I used it, the results did not meet my expectations. While it sometimes comes close, it rarely captures more than 50% of my intended outcome, especially when it comes to workflow or business processes. This has been my experience so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Process visually present for better communication. Once you have "arrows and boxes" with details of any type of process makes it way better to align on solutioning, and also brainstorming.
A game changer for online collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I love the interactive preset templates, I often use other whiteboard software as well and by far the most favourite is the ability to take something that is already prebuilt with interactivity and I also work with large teams so it helps in project coordination of team projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that it can seem a little rigid outside of the presets it doesnt feel like it's as easy to use some of the features and additional functionality seems a bit like it's hidden.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking projects across multiple teams in different locations, running of workshops and facilitation of strategy sessions is made very easy through online whiteboards
Great product, but can be expensive
What do you like best about the product?
The screen recording and reporting features on the board are very useful, and I appreciate how easily I can add different elements simply by dragging them in. Viewing the board through a mobile browser is smooth and straightforward, and the option for password protection adds an extra layer of security. As a creative consultant, I find this to be a great collaborative tool that fits my workflow well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, the features are impressive. However, I would appreciate having simpler checklist options that I could use to mark off tasks with my clients as we progress through the various stages of the project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's intuitive enough for clients to pick up and add their assets into the board. This way I can keep a lot of things in one place without having to move back and forth between different platforms.
New tool at a new job
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Visual aspect. Versatility. SUper easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Desktop application could be a tad smoother.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to organise my thoughts and see what my coworkers are working on.
Collaborative Feedback That Lasts
What do you like best about the product?
As someone who regularly provides feedback to product development teams, I’ve found digital suggestion boards to be a game changer. The ability to resize text and card elements makes it easy to tailor input for clarity and emphasis. I especially appreciate how ideas can be organized and voted on collaboratively, which adds structure and transparency to the process. What truly sets this approach apart is the continued access to the boards after the initial session. That kind of ongoing visibility creates opportunities for deeper reflection and follow-up that enhance the overall value of the feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to select which color or animal icon that's assigned to my account when connecting without a registered login.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides a way to share feedback collaboratively with users in multiple locations simultaneously. It also provides easy access for follow-up which wouldn't be possible with our user base in a hybrid workforce environment.
Having a good experience so far
What do you like best about the product?
AI on Miro is great. Also like the possibility to record videos.
What do you dislike about the product?
As I use Figma, I dont like that I cant copy and paste things there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
collaborating is the key for using Miro in our company.
