General good to use with space to improve

  • September 29, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Makes brainstorming and workshops easy with its flexible and interactive interface. It is engaging and easy to introduce to broader audience during workshops. Overall it is an excellent way to collaborate in a visually appealing way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is hard to navigate when multiple slides are in use. The moving mouse with users' name on it sometimes looks distractive.
The font selection is much less than MicroSoft default, which make the corporate branding alignment difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my company our teams are often remote or hybrid. Miro captures ideas quickly, and makes workshops run much smoother. It can engage with external partners to work together as well.

Making online collaboration and brainstorming easy and fun

  • September 28, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is our go-to place for online team ceremonies and team activities - it's so intuitive to use and has got the fundamental functionality correct. Often we have to create multiple sticky notes and diagrams and yet Miro is still responsive and quick to load the screens.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with Confluence as it seems like an iframe which means when you scroll the Confluence page you often end up scrolling the Miro page. Loading/performance from seeing Miro page from the page seems a bit laggy/slow. Does not feel it's fully integrated as one experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is still useful to wireframe if your feature/product prototype cannot be fully created by GenAI.

The best online collaboration tool on the market

  • September 28, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is a complete tool, designed with the user experience in mind, and it has an essential range of features for those who want to collaborate on online projects. I am a facilitator and have been using it for many years, and I can confidently say that it is the most complete tool. It also has a really great community!
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest problem with Miro is that, when used excessively, it becomes very heavy to load, and sometimes it doesn't load. It is also not very simple for first-time users, so I don't always choose it as an option if the team I'm working with doesn't have many digital skills.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Definition of strategies
Co-constructions
Trainings
Design Thinking
Mind Maps

What do you like best about the product?
I like best about Miro the ease of use, instant ways to adjust, experiment and map out information, and the collaborative features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the toolbar - I would prefer it to be more intuitive and inline with other softwares
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves collaboration and brainstorming challenges by providing a digital whiteboard for teams to visualize and organize ideas in real-time. It benefits me by enhancing productivity, streamlining communication, and facilitating creative problem-solving

What do you like best about the product?
Miro makes it easy to collaborate in real time, visualise complex ideas, and keep everyone aligned. I like how flexible it is, whether for process mapping, brainstorming, or workshop facilitation—and how it brings structure and creativity together on a single platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The actual objects can be extremely finicky and buggy. Especially when working inside swimlanes, things like call out boxes break very easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves the challenge of distributed collaboration and aligning multiple stakeholders. It provides a clear, visual way to map processes, capture input in real time, and consolidate complex information into a single source of truth. This saves time, reduces miscommunication, and makes workshops and project delivery more effective

Critical Consulting Kit

  • September 28, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I'm an independent consultant, and most of my work is done remotely. Miro provides a robust collaboration platform where I can co-create with clients across town or across the Atlantic. From simple boards to brainstorm a workshop agenda to complex research analysis and journey mapping, we rely on Miro as an easy-to-use but powerful visualization and collaboration platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
As is typical with software, they release new features faster than I can keep up with them. At one point, I was enrolled in some sort of training/certification system, trying to learn and keep up with everything Miro can do. But I was just too busy with client work and running a business to become a Miro expert. It's a great product, but there are too many use cases that don't apply to me and I probably don't know about some features that would be really handy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's providing a way to collaborate visually with clients in other cities and countries.

We are an international company. Miro allows us to still problem solve as a team even though everyone is remote. This allows for problems to be solved and ideas to be thought of quicker.

    Computer Software

A versatile and intuitive tool for collaboration and brainstorming

  • September 28, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro stands out as an excellent platform for visual collaboration. As a software engineer, I find it especially helpful for system design discussions, architecture diagrams, and sprint planning. The infinite canvas and wide range of templates make it easy to translate ideas into structured workflows, while real-time collaboration ensures the entire team can contribute seamlessly, regardless of location. Its integrations with tools like Jira and Confluence streamline the development workflow, making Miro feel like a natural extension of our day-to-day processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Miro is powerful, there are moments when large boards become sluggish, especially with many collaborators working simultaneously. Some advanced features also have a steeper learning curve for new users, which can make onboarding slightly slower. Additionally, offline functionality is limited, which can be challenging in situations where internet connectivity isn’t reliable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro has become the central hub for collaboration within my team. As a software engineer, I use it for brainstorming system designs, documenting workflows, mapping out customer journeys, and aligning on product roadmaps. It solves the problem of fragmented communication by providing a single space where designers, engineers, and stakeholders can contribute in real time. This has cut down on back-and-forth meetings, accelerated decision-making, and created clear, visual documentation that everyone can easily understand.
