What do you dislike about the product?
While it is still evolving and improving, there are significant technical issues when running it on lower-performance machines such as laptops. The board becomes very slow and crashes frequently, which can be quite frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing, presenting, and collaborating have become much easier.
Fantastic Tool to visualize your workflow and monitor progress simultaneously
What do you like best about the product?
What I like is that it's all on one big board, so everything is right there in front of you. It's simple to jot things down, keep track of them, and not have to worry about where you wrote something. It really is the type of the tool that we end up using on a daily basis. It was so easy to setup and get started. I'm glad we integrated this into our workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, I can't find anything to criticize about Miro.

Best tool for collaboration and strategy planning
What do you like best about the product?
MMiro has become one of the most essential tools in my daily workflow - not just for structured use cases, but also casual meetings, async workshops and cross-functional strategy sessions in our remote company.
It's flexible enough to run multiple different sessions from quick brainstorming to mapping out a multi-product roadmap.
I use it daily and extensively to design collaborative workshops, run planning meetings and drive async communications.
Its not just a whiteboard is where I think, plan and make decisions - and Miro as the central nervous system is maing all work in the company more visual and inclusive.
AI tools in Miro are getting better each day and are taking a big load off the research and synthetization part, as a facilitator in the background of the sessions.
It is easy to integrate with Jira, Confluence and Slack - so it creates a great way to keep daily use practical.

Focused tool, fun brand
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is a user-friendly, browser-based tool with a minimal learning curve. While some functions require a bit of precision to use, overall the platform is intuitive and efficient. Even on the free plan, it offers everything we need for creating clear and effective flowchart diagrams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I feel like I struggle to add arrows to flow charts. For instance, when trying to connect one box to multiple branches, it can be difficult to position and attach the arrows correctly. This may be related to the learning curve, but it can slow down the workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me easily visualize nurture programs and lifecycle journeys in a clear, structured way. Compared to broader tools like FigJam (which I also enjoy), Miro feels more focused for this type of work. The drag-and-drop functionality makes editing straightforward, and I appreciate the ability to resolve comments directly on the board, which streamlines collaboration and keeps everything organized in one place.
A Great Organizational Tool!

Now, I have a single place to keep track of the items I'm taking notes on for brainstorming, and it's easy to move them around as I create and update timelines.

Possibilities to create different frameworks, data storage, simple the way to use the tools.

it is a very heavy platform, this causes my notebook to freeze a lot sometimes.

Ease in visualizing actions to be taken and managing the area's strategy.
great for visual people!
What do you like best about the product?
I'm an artist who usually keeps a messy collection of notes when I'm working on a project, so I like that miro can help me compile them all into one place. Also, it's great that I have a streamlined way of sharing them with a team and making updates everyone cans see in real time
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like there's a lot I don't know how to do still, I mainly just view team members projects but if I had to make my own starting with a blank canvas would be a little intimidating. Also, sometimes the gifs don't load until you specifically click them
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
being able to see my other creative team member's thoughts and updates in real time. We use it for storyboarding and it's great to easily move boards around so our editors can see what the current vision is
